Wendy was amazing to deal with! The room was clean & beautiful! The showers had great pressure & we went home with clean clothes because of the access to a washer & dryer in the room! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Positives: The condo was beautiful, clean, the view was amazing and Wendy was super responsive to my messages. Negatives: The pull out couch mattress was super uncomfortable, it was so thin you could feel the springs. There were not enough towels for the amount of people allotted and the entire time we were there the elevators had issues. Majority of the time only one elevator worked, sometimes we would have to wait 10-15 min just to get on an elevator. Taking the stairs with a beach wagon and tons of beach items really wasn’t ideal.

Our stay here was wonderful. Everything was just like the photos she has listed. Wendy is the best! She replies quick to text and very helpful and she also let us check in early once the condo was cleaned . Very thankful for that. Will stay here again!

Appliances need updated

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. We really like this resort. The location is great. The pool, boardwalk, and access to the beach is one of the best I have ever seen. If there is one thing I would say needs improvement Would be the appliances need updated. The TVs really need to be updated as well. There were some kitchen utensils that you would assume would be available that were not. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

October at the Beach

First time back at the beach since Covid. We had an awesome time. The condo was perfect. Very nice décor, very comfortable bed. the balcony was great, we ate all meals outside and the view was spectacular. We like being up high and this was the 15th floor. Property manager was great with instructions. The only small inconvenience was the parking because of the garage design but this was not the condos fault. I liked the security guard at the garage entrance. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Family Vacation

Location is perfect! Views are amazing! Communication with the owner Mrs Wendy was great. We arrived early and asked her if it was possible to go in early and she let us go inside, that was really awesome. Check in and out process was easy peasy. Overall a nice condo building.

Easy beach access

We loved the fact that the access boardwalk was short and close to the resort. Pool was also had quick and easy access.

Wonderful

Really nice condo! Nice and clean. Great location. The view was perfect and walking distance to mini golf and arcade. We will be staying here again! The owners quickly responded to messages also!

PCB PERFECT

View is absolutely the best. Checkin process super easy. We loved being steps from the beach. It's also very walkable to restaurants and shopping. Mini golf and go carts across the street. We had a great experience and will definitely be back in the future.

We loved the condo on the 15th floor overlooking the Gulf. Perfect! The condo was exactly as it was stated! Beds were good! Clean area! Safe area! Closer to everything! Loved walking on the beach to go to different beach bars and restaurants! Loved Sharky’s and Island Runaway! They made the best Bushwackers! We’d definitely go back!

This condo was the best we have stayed in our last three visits down to Panama City Beach. My only regret we didn’t find this one first. The place was immaculate. I only wish we had a few beach towels for the pool. But we have souvenirs now. We will plan to go back. By the way the view and location was awesome ☀️☀️☀️
