Crystal Shores 203 - Beautiful Direct Gulf Views!

Renovated direct beach front 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Crystal Shores 203 can accommodate 6 guests. We offer beautiful views from the living room and master bedroom. There is a king bed in the master and a queen bed in the second bedroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa. There are 12 foot ceilings throughout. Front door access from the second floor parking deck or choose to take the elevator or stairs up one level from the reserved covered parking space. Kitchen features granite counter tops. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo. Flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. Amenities are located on the same floor. These include game room, fitness center with a gulf view and a dry sauna. Indoor/outdoor pools and hot tub are located on the ground floor along with the boardwalk that leads directly to the sugar sands of the gulf. BBQ and picnic tables are available on site. Allergy friendly - pet free. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent on the beach during summer season. Crystal Shores is conveniently located closed to restaurants, bars, shopping and many other attractions.
Pest control sprays the 1st Tuesday every month. Access to the condo must be permitted or a fine of $100 is levied.
Rental Agreement to be signed with 24 hours of booking. Security deposit of $250 required.

A well appointed condo and excellent communication with owner. Loved the high ceilings (classy), very roomy condo. Large balcony with plenty of furniture. Beds super comfortable as well as sofa and chairs. Everything we needed in the kitchen and really appreciate the washer and dryer. This second floor condo has an excellent view of the beach, ocean and sunset. Literally steps from the beach. Enjoyed walks, sunning and seeing dolphins and many birds. Nice hot tub too! 4 if us stayed a week in February. Weather was perfect. We will be back!

Great location!

Great location to restaurants and stores. The parking deck and condo were on the same level, making it easy to unload your vehicle. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place

We had a great time during our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach was right outside. The last day we were there the dolphins were so close, my grandsons were amazed.

We had a great stay!

We have stayed at this property a few times and always love it. The proximity to the beach is great. We also love that it is on the 2nd floor and we can park right in front of the condo. Renee was also wonderful and very easy to get a hold of. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Overall it was another great stay!

Shrimp Festival Stay

Totally loved the condo and the location. We parked our car when we got there and only used it once our whole stay. Easy walk to Shrimp Festival and restaurants. The condo was very clean and was as cute as the pictures shown. Definetly will be a place we would want to book again.

Wonderful condo on the beach.

Wonderful condo on the 2nd floor, with parking right near the entrance. So convenient! The condo was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the owner was excellent. Beach views were amazing, from the famiy room, master bedroom, and even the kitchen! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo!!

Condo was nice, clean, with everything you needed in a kitchen. It is on second floor and going out on the balcony is almost like sitting on the beach minus the sand! Easy to load and unload your car.

Glut Shores condo

Renea was in contact with me before we arrived and the day of arrival. It was easy access with a digital lock. The condo was spotless. It’s right on the beach, we could watch the dolphins from the balcony. It was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

Perfect winter getaway!!

This is such a beautiful, well maintained unit with fantastic ocean views. We feel very much at home and very relaxed in this comfortable beach unit. It is fully stocked with everything you need if you want to cook. Just bring yourselves and your beach wear for a fantastic vacation!!

The condo is beautiful. It has high ceilings which makes it feel spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms are really nice. We had great communication with Renee. She made our vacation worry free. We would definitely stay at her property again. And of course, the view is amazing!
