The Space:

Snow settles quietly across the fairways of Nicklaus North, and the mountains beyond take on a muted winter glow as you arrive. Inside, warmth spreads through open living spaces, fires crackle softly, and wide windows frame a landscape that feels calm and expansive. Evenings invite long soaks in the hot tub as cold air drifts overhead, while mornings begin with coffee and mountain light filtering in.



Living spaces

The home opens into generous, open-concept living areas designed for gathering and slowing down. Two distinct lounges on the main floor give everyone space to settle in - one oriented toward the golf course with a wood-burning fireplace and broad views, the other set up for relaxed movie nights with a TV and a dedicated workspace. Vaulted ceilings, in-floor heating, and air conditioning keep the interior comfortable through Whistler’s changing seasons, while large windows keep you connected to the alpine surroundings.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for shared meals after days on the trails or slopes. A 6-burner gas range and double ovens make it easy to cook for a full house, with a dining table that seats eight and a breakfast bar for two. Whether you’re preparing a leisurely dinner or a quick breakfast before heading out, the layout keeps everyone connected.



Sleeping arrangements

The lower level is home to four bedrooms, offering privacy and quiet. The primary suite features a king bed, reading chair, TV, desk, and an ensuite bathroom with a deep soaker tub and glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms each feature a king split bed that can be arranged as one king or two twin beds. Two additional bathrooms serve this level. On the main floor, the fifth bedroom includes a queen bed, its own ensuite bathroom, and access to the deck. A separate powder room adds convenience.



Outdoor living

Winter days often end outdoors here. The covered hot tub overlooks the golf course and mountains, creating a peaceful spot to unwind even as temperatures drop. Multiple patios and decks surround the home, offering quiet places to take in fresh air and changing light throughout the day.

You’ll have WiFi, washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, and a mudroom closet with a boot and glove dryer for winter gear. Parking is available in the driveway and the two-car garage, with space for skis, bikes, and other equipment.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Centred around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. In summer, residents enjoy easy access to golf, Lost Lake trails, and the Valley Trail network. In winter, the neighbourhood transforms into a serene base for Nordic skiing and snowshoeing. • Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
