Enjoy feeling like you are away from it all while being minutes from downtown with easy access to 290, 183, 35, and 130. Conveniently located to COTA, UT, Samsung, Tesla. One mile away from new Austin Beerworks Sprinkle location. Relax in the peaceful backyard that backs to Walnut Creek. Take a hike down the creek or relax and watch the squirrels play.

Come inside and relax in the steam shower inside the oversized wet room with freestanding tub and custom dual showers. All bedrooms have comfortable bed, large tv, and full bath. Kitchen fully equipped, breakfast area and separate dining.

House has spacious open floorplan with open concept living and kitchen perfect for entertaining with lots of windows to let in natural light. Large gourmet kitchen with gas range, dual oven plus microwave with oven. Touch faucets, filtered water and InstaHot boiling water. Kitchen is fully equipped including coffee maker, Vitamix blender, toaster, KitchenAid stand mixer, pots/pans, and all the essentials.

Living room includes wood burning fireplace, sofa, two side chairs, desk with chair and sitting table with two chairs. High vaulted ceilings and large windows make the room feel open with great views of the incredible backyard and greenbelt. 65" flat screen tv with sound bar.

The primary bedroom is very spacious with plush mattress on adjustable platform and comfortable bedding. 65" OLED tv with soundbar. Large slider offers great views and direct access to the backyard. Attached bath includes double vanity, large wet room and separate toilet area. Wet room includes steam shower fully decked out with the Dream Package including chroma and aromatherapy, freestanding tub, and dual showers. Shower one has body sprays, shower head and hand shower. Shower two has rain can, shower head, and hand shower.

The front bedroom has full size bed, 50" flat screen, and a treadmill. The last bedroom has queen size memory foam mattress, 50" flat screen and large slider that again offers great backyard views as well as direct access. There are bathrooms next to each room.

Laundry room includes full size washer and dryer. Dryer includes steam cycle.

The backyard will make you forget you are so close to everything Austin has to offer! Watch the squirrels frolic or relax around one of several sitting areas. If you have dogs or kids, play in the three acre park directly beside the house where you can access the creek for a hike.

Easy access to all parts of Austin with 290, 35, 183, and 130 all easily accessible.

Beautiful serene spot in the middle of a city

We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The house was clean and ready when we got there. We spent much of our time outside in the backyard that backs up to Walnut Creek. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back porch enjoying the serenity of the trees and listening to the birds. The house was quite comfortable. The kitchen was well-supplied. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the whole house gave us a welcomed feeling where we could relax. I have absolutely zero complaints and will hope to have the chance to stay there again on our next trip to Austin.

Great location

The home was easy to access and in a quiet neighborhood. It was in between the spot for the rehearsal dinner and the wedding venue the next day. Near some nice restaurants and a church we attended Sunday morning. The interior is well-decorated and had modern appliances. It was very clean and comfortable.

Perfect Charming House

We had a great stay and Cassie was easy to contact and very responsive. The house is very charming with an amazing backyard view. We enjoyed our time and the house was perfect for our multi-generation girls weekend. We would stay again in the future & recommend to our friends.

Has a lot of potential!

This property is a quiet neighborhood in East Austin. Though East Austin does not have the best reputation, we felt safe and the neighbors were friendly. The house is not in the best condition. The photos used on the listing are advantageous at best. The home needs some refurbishment, and it seems as if it is being lived in full time, as many areas were blocked of with "keep out" signage. There home seems to also be occupied by a cat and a dog, which did not bode well for my allergic family. The backyard also has a lot of potential, with a scenic view, but needs to be cleaned up.

Girl trip

It is a lovely home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfortable . Cassie was very easy to communicate with and was helpful with some problems that came up.There are some projects around the house that need to be completed. Overall very nice place!

Amazing Stay!

We were visiting Austin for my brother's PHD ceremony and wanted to stay in a place that would allow a small celebratory gathering of family and close friends. This house was even more perfect than we could have hoped for! The kitchen and living area has an open layout and lots of light; perfect for mingling. And the bedrooms were perfectly separated for privacy. The outside area is great too. Lots of green space to hang out, relax, and watch the fireflies in the evening. Our only disappointment was that the bbq wasn't usable, but in all fairness, we didn't verify that. And I cannot sing the praises of the host enough. Cassie was very communicative, kind, and responsive. Wonderful, wonderful weekend!! I dare say the best house rental I've stayed in!

Great stay!

Cassie was a great host! She was very responsive and accommodating- agreed to supply a booster chair/high chair and pack and play for my toddler. The place was close to everything we wanted to visit and was bigger than expected! My kiddos enjoyed playing in the front yard. There’s a pretty steep decline to the creek in the backyard, so not as safe for free play of little ones. Wasn’t an issue for us but also to note is there are areas blocked off as no access but they are open room/no door areas. There was a treadmill in one of the bedrooms and some weights which was a nice surprise - great for getting in a morning workout. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and would stay again!

Amazing, Adorable House

The pictures do not do this beautiful and cozy home justice. the layout of the place is just perfect for a family to use and not feel on top of each other. the back yard is dreamy!! it has wonderful clear water creek that babbles behind the house, perfect for reflecting. Cassie was quick with responses and time I had a question and very thoughtful and accommodating. Her bathrooms are to DIE for!! Heated toilets with automatic seat lift and close, steam/sauna/rain shower, it was just amazing. The field beside the house was HUGE and beautiful, it was tranquil watching all the animals run around the trees and hills. I HIGHLY recommend this property!!
