Perfect for families, especially those traveling with small children. We have toys and books throughout house and a playset in the backyard. Access to two pools!
Minutes from Austin Bergstrom Airport, McKinney Falls St. Park, COTA (Circuit of the Americas Racetrack), 10 minutes from Downtown Austin, University of Texas @ Austin, Zilker Park (ACL Music Festival), and the S. Congress Ave Shops!
Great location to have some quiet time at your home away from home!
Amenities inside include all cutlery, pots and pans necessary for cooking, basic herbs and spices, propane BBQ, children's cutlery and plateware, family board games, TV's in each room, and many more!

This is listed as a family friendly home, and I felt that it was - lots of things there for children. For our stay, we had all adults in the 50 - 70 age range and the house was a great set-up for us as well. Centrally located to lots of things in Austin.

The accommodations matched the listing! Very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Cozy and felt like home. Loved the walk to the pool along the wooded trail! Quiet neighborhood with greenbelt beyond back yard. Would stay here again!

This home was perfect for our trip. The property was exactly as described and beautifully decorated.I was there for a teacher conference and my team and I were so thankful to have found this property instead of being stuck at a hotel. We were able to cook our own meals, have our own rooms, and still have access to a beautiful pool. The hosts were great, provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay and communicated with us as needed. We loved our stay!

Quick trip to Austin.

If you wanna stay out of the downtown hustle and bustle, this is the absolute perfect place to stay. They have thought of everything you need. I for sure hope to return to this house.

Wedding weekend

Nice quiet neighborhood- great location for airport and wedding venue both only 15 minutes away. House was very roomy and just as the pictures showed. Very happy with our choice.

This place was perfect for a mom and 3-13 year old girls who were traveling for the Benson Boone concert. We were looking for somewhere close but not in the middle of the madness. This cute, quiet neighborhood felt safe and like home. The only thing I would complain about (haha) is that the pictures actually don’t do the house justice! -Charbonet Hightower
After the concert these girls curled up to enjoy a scary movie.

Winter Retreat

The house was very spacious, the master suite was awesome! The neighborhood and location worked well for us. The house was very well equipped and the hosts were responsive and great to communicate with. We had a great week in Austin.

The owners were very helpful and addressed any issues immediately. The home was very close to COTA and the airport. Downtown is a little further away, but we enjoyed the neighborhood of the home. We enjoyed our stay.

Awesome house in great location

Great place and great owner

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Sam was very kind to us after we had to leave home due to a power outage. Beautiful well equipped home. We would definitely come back.

Hidden Gem

This place was not only beautiful but very clean! It is 11 minutes away from the airport but you don’t hear the planes flying over. It’s very close to the city and about 1 hour and 20 minutes to Fredericksburg. We had a minor issue with the dishwasher but Sam not only took care of the issue he went above and beyond! I’ve rented a lot places on VRBO and this was by far the best. We truly felt like we were at home! I can’t recommend this place enough. I will definitely stay there again!

We chose this neighborhood because it is quiet, on a cul-de-sac, and 15 minutes from almost anywhere in Austin!

Our property is unique because it has been upgraded across the board with our personal touches. This home feels like a true home away from home and not like a rental. We've installed hardware on all cabinets, planted a small garden in the backyard, and improved the lighting to LED throughout. We love this house and we think you will too!
