Unique renovated 4 bedroom home on private corner lot

This home is newly remodeled and ready for your company! This is a perfect home for a family trip, or a group of friends. This unique home sits on a private acre lot, surrounded by farm land. It’s less than 2 miles from town but still is remote enough to feel like you have privacy. The large private yard is a great place for holding get togethers. We provide a bbq, patio chairs and tables, corn hole yard game and horse shoes. Propane fireplace, bbq grill and yard games are only available for use Memorial Day- Labor Day. If you happen to be hosting an event of any sort, please let us know upon booking. We have great resources and connections for events, activities and businesses that could help :) we have 4 bedrooms, 3 king beds, and 1 queen bedroom. There’s a large sofa upstairs and 1 large sofa downstairs if you need additional bedding for the couches PLEASE request this prior to check in so we can make sure to have everything ready for you.

Great amenities, the bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces all outstanding (and WOW that reclining couch and TV...AMAZING!!!) Love our stay, very quiet and peaceful, exactly what we needed for two days in the Olympic National Park! Would definitely return again, and would recommend to friends and family.

It was a beautiful location and we had a very pleasant stay. Cute, cozy, comfortable place. Few things were here and there, but overall location was awesome. The ranch next door has so many animals and we saw a herd of elks, jumping over the fence and eating apples off the ground right in front of the property. Awesome experience for my kids!

This is a great place. When we pulled up there were cows grazing in the field next door. There is farmland and forest all around, The house was spacious and clean. It was very welcoming and a nice place to rest while visiting the area. The one warning, if you are on a morning time crunch, like visiting the HOH rain forest is the dishwasher needs ran and emptied before you leave. Overall it was a great experience.

This home works really well for a large family to have as base camp in Forks! Our family was only there for a wedding but I would love to come back with a larger group and go hiking and traveling around the area like La Push, Rialto Beach, Hoh rain forest and all that then have the nice big kitchen to come back and make a meal together, play games etc - it’s perfect for all this

Great place for our family to stay. Lots of room for kids to run around outside. Nice hot baths/showers. Big washer/dryer, games for kids, room with big tvs up and down stairs. Saw momma and baby moose. Used as a base to be able to hit all the spots we wanted to go to.

Perfect retreat location and accommodations for a family or group. The property is well-maintained and the host is very helpful. Such a great place to relax prepare your own meals in the well-appointed and modern kitchen. This was our second time at this home and we love it!

Nice house but we had some trouble getting the door open even with the right code, probably the lock was a little old so did not get it open after several try. Also the wok/pans all have scratches which I think not healthy to use. And the body wash and shampoo run out in one of the room and couldn’t find any extras. Overall a good night stay while visiting Olympic national park.

Quiet location! Good communication from the host! Close to Rialto beach, Elk Creek Conservation Area, and an easy drive to Hoh Rainforest. Close to several coffee places and local restaurants. If you are a Twilight fan close to all the locations. Plenty of room for a family!

The layout of this was perfect for a family of 5 with older teen/young adult children - everyone had space to spread out. Bonus was seeing the herd of elk that traveled right through the yard (like 30 elk!). The rental is clean, but could use a good DEEP clean. I would still stay here again.

This space was perfect for our weekend needs. We were traveling with 7 adults and 2 babies. Each couple had their own room and the living space was spacious enough for everyone to be together and comfortable. Nicely renovated. It was a little tricky getting cell service in this area so I recommend taking a picture of the door code when it’s sent to you or you may have difficulty pulling up the info and may end up getting stuck outside in the dark. Just speaking from experience lol! Luckily we got 2 bars further back down the driveway and into the road. Also one of the rooms was detailed as having a crib and it did not. Other than that everything was great!

The host was super sweet when j needed to contact her when we had no service to access check in instructions. Tip: screen shot them before you arrive. The house could definitely be cleaner, there were several dishes that weren’t properly cleaned by the previous guests and the main shower needed a good scrub. But there was a herd of elk that spent the night in the neighbors’ yard and that was fantastic fun for everyone!

We are a family of 10, with 4 teens. The house is very spacious, plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of cookwares. The house could use some fresheners, smell a bit like pet and old furniture. The bedsheets also smell. Would suggest using white bedsheets and cover. We were hoping to hang outside, but the outside sitting areas weren’t clean and weeds were knee length. Communication was poor, i had to ask for the check in information prior to my stay, and asked for the code to get into the house. It takes them at least 1-2 days to get back to me. I would rate my entire experience to be 7/10.

We had a great stay at this house. Beds and living spaces were comfortable. Plenty of space for the 6 adults and infant we had. We enjoyed watching the farm animals out the windows. Close to town. Fast wifi. Host was prompt with communication and resolved a minor issue within minutes.

We had mixed feeling about this home. The Good-The location was great to Forks, Olympic Park and the beaches. We loved the setting. There were cows, chickens, and goat. A herd of Roosevelt Elk greeted us upon our arrival. The reclining sofa was great and it was the only night on our ten-day trip that we watched a movie. The description said the home was newly renovated which seems to be true but it appeared the renovations stopped before completion. The countertops are not sealed, and it was stressful making sure no water or liquid was left on them as the instructions indicated. The home also could be cleaner and could use a deep cleaning. There was clothing in a dresser drawer left by the previous guest? We were looking for additional blankets and found something that smelled of pee in a plastic bag in the laundry room. We were messaged about our arrival and departure times because the cleaning person needed additional time to clean. We thought we needed to request more towels etc.. but found them in the dryer. This home has so much potential if it was just given a little TLC!
