The stay was relaxing. Only a few things to bring to your attention. The floor in the kitchen had several soft spots in it. Also the washing machine had exposed screws could be a hazard. But over all the stay was perfect. One suggestion I’m not sure if the rules in the area but if there was either a second beach access road for golf carts to the beach are a larger parking area at the walkway to the beach it would be nice.

Piece of beach

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Really clean worth our stay with easy access to the beach. Our family made great memories while relaxing too. Even our pets love their stay, they felt like being home. I recommend to get blinds in the bedrooms or bring additional curtains for privacy in the bedrooms, you can see people curtains.

Great location. Clean beach

Really like this property. This is our second stay here. Its great for the kids to play when not at the beach. Good boardwalk to the beach. We had a great time here again!

Nice respite

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed here. We experienced a problem with the A/C, but management got a repair guy to the condo within 2 hours and the problem was resolved! Excellent service!

Condo 107

Hello, Condo was pretty run down. Based off the photos and the description, the condo was not what we were expecting. The description stated second floor, implying on top level. We did not want another room above us. The party above us were loud passed midnight every night. Secondly, the description stated ocean view. You barely see the ocean from the balcony. Instead we got a nice view of a blue garbage can overlooking the dog restroom area. A picture from the balcony of the “ocean” would be helpful. The condo was poorly patched together and not cleaned well. We had to clean off broke glass in the kitchen area upon arrival. The frig is missing clear shelving above the drawers. Light bulbs were out. Master bathroom shower head was too low, so when we easily adjusted it, it completely broke off. In the bedroom hallway, there was a hole in the ceiling leaking water the entire weekend. So when you walked out of the master bedroom, you had to avoid the hole so you dont get dripped on. I would not stay here again. Not worth the price. The only nice item about the condo is the location. The short walk to the beach was convenient. But I would stay in another condo if we return.

Girls Trip

This property was perfect. Plenty of space, a bed for everyone without having to share, and the price was excellent. Has a little issue with the air conditioner but they quickly came out and fixed it. It’s a little further from the festivities that we liked but nothing a shore 10 minute drive couldn’t cure. Excellent excellent property.

Easy access to the Beach

We had wonderful time and stay at Sand in Your Toes. The Condo is perfect for quick family weekend getaway and easy access to the beach. Definitely a warm cozy feeling about this little condo.

Noisy people above barking dog all night. Stained linens. Dirty oven. Hair found in bed covers. Had to clean kitchen and bathrooms before use. Ants got into our food. Dirty dishes in the cabinet. Beautiful beach. Great places to eat. Maintenance needs to be done on the condo. Overall had fun but would not recommend this condo to stay in.

The good and bad

Property was in good location. A little far from town. A nice 8-10 walk to beach was nice. The deck was wonderful and big. Great for enjoying sunsets and sunrises. The pool was smaller then the pictures made it seem. Management company seemed like they did not know what they were doing. Had to call, text, and email them several times. Condo was decorated and furnished nicely. Bathrooms need remodeling. Something weird going on with the flooring. Condo was very dirty. Needs a good cleaning. There was nothing in the condo meaning trash bags, dishwasher soap, paper towels. Had to go to Mgmt. Co. to get them. This condo had nothing to clean with. No broom, mop, dish rags. Nothing. I would go back, but I would book a different unit and would definitely not book with this management company.

Misleading

Renting process and checking in was great however upon arrival we weren’t so pleased. Condo wasn’t cleaned to well, immediately walking In you smelled urine throughout the condo, there were mushrooms growing in the master bathroom above toilet and some pretty clear plumbing issues. They day we were to leave the power went out at 9:30 check out is at 11 and our neighbors had a huge leak which led to our kitchen sink almost over flowing. It was one thing after another therefore I would never stay nor suggest this place.

good location

Place was quite, pet friendly, nice view, close to beach, not far to port A. However I do have a problem when your charged a cleaning fee and its not clean. Looked clean, when I wiped down the counters the disinfected cloth was black, glass top stove had smudges, the rugs had dog hair on them, (very grateful I could bring my grand-dog), husband felt sand in the bed. Felt like I was at home having to clean before I could relax.

Short Stay in PA

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sang in Your Toes was more than we expected as a Condo. It was special having doors to the 75 foot balcony from each of the bedrooms and the living area.There were only 2 areas that kept Toes from getting a "10" rating. The second bathroom shower was below standard-it was very small. The second item was what the way the kitchen was equipped. There was 9 skillets in the cabinet, but no largerpans for cooking items like beans and spaghetti. The quanity and quality of the dishes and silverware only rated a 6 or 7. Even with these two small negatives, the Condo more that made up for it with the living areas and very comfortable beds. Before closing the staff at the leasing office must be given a +++, they were very attentive and responsive.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Convenient to beach since driving on beach was not allowed. Pool at rental was very sandy, rental was good, few roaches, very pet friendly which was good. Wish we could have used the pool, just too dirty.

Older Property but Nice

The property was older but still nice, Overall clean, except for some left over "Fruit Loops" in the furniture. The beds and A/C were awesome. Would stay again. A little further than I expected to Port Aransas, but great beach access.
