Estrella Golden Oasis | Mountain view back yard!

This beautiful 1854 sf Estrella Mountain home will delight you from the moment you enter. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living and family rooms with TV's…you will have plenty of room inside to spread out and relax. The master bedroom features a king bed with ensuite bath and the remaining two bedrooms have queen beds.

Outside you will be treated to gorgeous views of the mountains which the house sits directly next to. The backyard has tons of privacy! You might even see wildlife trot by while lounging in the hot tub. You will find comfortable outside seating, a fire pit, gas grill, and a dining area with seating for 6.

There are plenty of towels, and basic toiletries are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked as well. The house has keyless entry, for which you will receive your own personal code for check-in the day prior to arrival.

No garage access sorry.

Car rental available! Please inquire if you would like pricing and options. We can leave at the airports or have ready and waiting at the house for you when you arrive. We'll make it EASY for you!

✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise.

Golden Oasis

The stay was great. The master bedroom could of been vacuumed. It was cover in bits of paper wadded up as if it had been through the washer. I even picked up several pill off the carpet. I tried multiple time to let you know the fire alarm was beeping when we arrived in the hallway but there was no answer at the number provided. I replaced the battery myself and batteries in multiple remotes. I tried to contact you several times this morning because my wife forgot her necklace hanging on the right towel bar in the master bath. We are hoping the housekeeper found it and if you would be so kind as to mail it to us. We enjoyed our stay. Well stocked. Enjoyed the hot tub and the back porch. Kitchen was well stocked for usage. We definitely would return. Just to let you know 2 days in a row the hot tub was unlatched. We latched it after we used it. Also, the stairs were moved to different sides and we did not move them.

I want to mention that had you contacted us through VRBO, we would have responded immediately. Regarding the hot tub, it was likely unlatched because the pool technician services it regularly. Nonetheless, we're sorry for the inconveniences you mentioned and we'll make sure to address them to improve for the future. We do our best to respond promptly to all inquiries, and I apologize if we missed some calls due to the high volume of inquiries. We aim to get back to you as soon as you mention any issues on the platform. Additionally, our cleaners found a necklace in the bathroom. Sleeps 10 is a big stretch

This is a decent place for a family trip in the Estrella Mountain neighborhood. The location of the place is good, not far from the shopping plaza. The outdoor spaces at this property are stunning, absolutely beautiful with lovely landscaping and great features like the hot tub and fire pit. They were the highlight of this place and by far it’s most redeeming quality. At the time we booked this property, it was a good value for the neighborhood. However, there were a few issues- most having to do with the listing statement that the property sleeps 10 guests. I have a large family with multiple married children and we came to stay the week of Thanksgiving as we celebrated the holiday with family in the area. We had read the count of rooms with beds when booking the listing and noted a living room and family room. Due to the value price, and the relatively small amount of time we were planning to spend in the house due to the holiday- while we didn’t see the other 4 sleeping accommodations accounted for in either the bed count or description (ie. the couch in the living room is a pullout and the couch in the family room is large enough to sleep two) we went ahead with booking, assuming the couches must sleep the additional four spots not listed. - There is no way this property sleeps ten, even using the couches- none of which pull out. if three people are willing to “crash” on the couches like my college age boys that still only accounted for 9. As it stood even using all the couches, one of my daughters and her husband had to stay at our extended family’s house- which was not what we had planned when booking a house that stated it would sleep all of us. - The cabinets were equipped with plenty of plates and bowls but only 6 cups (although there were some mugs too) again, making the 10 occupancy number a bit of a question. Overall as we just had booked as family for a place to sleep, while spending the weekend with our extended family in the neighborhood this place was workable but had its challenges. However, if we had been staying here for the entirety of our vacation planning to cook, eat and live here for the duration of our stay it would never have worked in an enjoyable way. The house comfortably sleeps and accommodates 6 adults- flexibly, perhaps up to 8 if people are willing to sleep on the couches but this should be written into the descrip

My apologies, we aren’t sure why the listing said 10 as we mentioned 6 multiple times in the listing. I’m so sorry it was an issue for you and I wish that you had reached out during your stay as we have houses in the area that are larger that we could have moved you to! We always strive to make sure you have a wonderful stay and are very sorry that yours was not, we take that very seriously! If you are in the area again we’d love to have you stay with us in one of our larger houses that will adequately fit your group.

There is no hot tub at this property even though the owner told us twice not to worry about the wires we were concerned about as they had been checked.The place is dirty with soiled cushions, a glued kitchen table, a torn couch, a broken kitchen chair, an installed blind that's too large for the window, tattered outside shades and umbrellas, bird poop on the cushions, damaged shower wall, stained bedroom carpet, chipped bathtub, and there's much more. If you want a miserable stay, this is the place for you. I communicated with VRBO no less than 19 times regarding this property. The "field manager" that Lori sent out and kept wanting to send out doesn't know how to fix anything which you will see by the outlet fixed with scotch tape. We are 5 star guests. We have previously pulled weeds, cleaned garages and pool areas, planted flowers, purchased parts to fix faucets, blinds and sliders at other vrbos. We were sent a personal note by a house keeper thanking us for cleaning the house.We were also offered 10% off for being great guests at a previous vrbo.

We take guest feedback seriously; however, this review is highly exaggerated and does not reflect the actual condition of the home or the experience provided. During the stay, the guest reported a number of minor and often conflicting concerns. Each time, we responded promptly — sending our field manager to the property on multiple occasions to address anything requested. During those visits, the guest consistently confirmed that everything had been resolved. Midway through the stay, in an effort to ensure their comfort, we offered the option to end the reservation early with a refund of the remaining nights. The guest declined this option, remained in the home for the full duration of their stay, and no further issues were reported at that time. The home is professionally managed, regularly maintained, and accurately represented in our listing. We have hosted many guests at this property with positive experiences, and this situation is not representative of our typical standards or service. We stand behind the condition of the property and the responsiveness of our team. Thank you
