Beautiful Pool Home with optional heating in Estrella Mountain Ranch

Enjoy 2100 sf of living space with 3 bedrooms and a flex room that is set up with a desk. With reliable high-speed internet this home is a great place to work while enjoying a little get-away vacation.

At a size of 32x16 the pool provides plenty of room for swimming and includes a baja shelf which is great for our little guests. It is equipped with a gas heater for year-round reliable heating.
* Pool heating is optional. A heating fee applies during the colder months. Please inquire as it depends on the season. Heating to 84 degrees (10- 5pm) is complementary from May 15th through September.

This open concept home features a gourmet kitchen with granite counters, large dining area and comfortable couch with 65 inch TV. Lounge by the pool or enjoy the view and tranquility from the outdoor couch. Fire up the BBQ and dine al fresco. The master suite greets you with a comfortable king canopy bed and a 65 inch TV. Soak in the luxurious tub in the attached bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a cozy queen bed and bedroom 3 has two twin beds. All bedrooms have block out curtains. The two secondary bedrooms share a bath with tub/shower combination.

We take great pride in our home and thrive to provide a clean, comfortable and safe environment for our guests. Smoking and pets on the premises are strictly prohibited and we will assess a fine and/or ask you to leave if we see evidence of a pet or smoking.
This is a family home in a quiet neighborhood. The property is for the enjoyment of the registered guests on the booking only. If you plan to have visitors please check with us before booking to avoid additional charges. We had to tighten the rules after guests took advantage and used our home as a hangout spot for their extended family causing multiple problems and disruption.

Policies:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed (owner has allergies)
- No events, parties, or gatherings - the property is for the enjoyment of the registered guest only
- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10-7.
- Maximum occupancy is 6. Extra charges apply if exceeding maximum occupancy.
- Must be at least 30 to book
- Government ID may be required upon check-in
- Additional fees may apply if house rules are not followed

Pool safety:
- There is no pool fence. Children under 6 and non-swimmers must be under adult supervision at ALL times while in the backyard and wear a life vest or floatation device.

Parking
- No overnight street parking per HOA rules. Guest will be responsible to cover towing cost and/or fines.
- Maximum of two cars parking in driveway.
- No garage access

Please note:: The premises are equipped with an alarm system and exterior cameras. Cameras should not be relied on for personal safety. Security cameras may be used to verify compliance with rental policies.
No cameras are placed inside the home, or with any view of the interior of the of the home.
Two cameras monitor the front of the house, one monitors the side yard gate plus a doorbell cam.

Wonderful week by the pool!

We had a wonderful stay. The pool was so enjoyable and relaxing! The whole house is spacious and very clean. It’s located in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Our host was very responsive and anxious to make our stay as nice as possible.

Lovely home

Daniela ‘s home was lovely and she was a joy to work with. The house is very comfortable. We didn’t use the pool, but it is lovely to look at. The grill worked just great for our steaks and the kitchen is kind of fun to cook in

Owners are wonderful

The house was in a very safe and beautiful area. Loved our long walks in the morning and evening. Great place to watch the sunrise and set. House was clean and very comfortable. Owners were super to deal with. We will be staying again.

Relaxing time in Estrella

The property is situated in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed the peace, the night skies, walks around the lakes and proximity to shops. It is modern and well- equipped. The outdoor area and, especially, the heated pool is the best that we have experienced with VRBO. Communication with Daniela was swift and efficient - we'd definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful pool!

This beautiful home was clean, quiet, well stocked, and comfortable for two couples. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. Although the weather wasn’t the best, we enjoyed the pool, barbecue and yard. Grocery, restaurants and other services were about five miles away. The Lakeside grill was our favorite!

Backyard Paradise

We appreciate Daniela allowing us to rent her beautiful home. She was very communicative during the booking process and easy to reach with questions during our stay. House was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed. Backyard was beyond amazing!! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back porch, soaking up the sun, floating in the pool, and BBQing and eating alfresco. Would love to come again if we are in the area. A pleasant surprise when we were refunded a portion of the fee we were charged to heat the pool.

Awesome family vacation with exceptional host

We’ve stayed in Phoenix before & wanted to change it up this time. We loved being outside of the city, but still close enough to drive & explore as we wanted. House is clean & modern with all the amenities you could want. Beautiful pool & outside entertainment area. Daniela is exceptional with communication from start to finish! Checking in along the way from start to finish. One of the best family vacations we’ve had so far! We will definitely be back!

Arizona Vacation in the Sun

Spent the month of March 2022 at this lovely home in Goodyear, Arizona escaping the cold of Canada. Very spacious one level home with lots of room for our friends and family. We loved the beautifully landscaped backyard and wonderful heated pool! The home is located in a very quiet residential area which made for a very relaxing time. It is close to the Estrella Mountain Park which has some moderate desert hiking trails. We also enjoyed walking around the close by North and South Estrella Lakes. The kitchen was well equipped for in-home cooking and and we enjoyed many BBQ meals dining at the outdoor table. The host Daniela was very attentive and immediately available for any questions. We would definitely return to this great "home away from home".

Fantastic three weeks!

The whole process of renting and staying at this property was enhanced by the welcoming attitude and very timely communication with Daniela. The area is relatively new and the neighborhood is well maintained and very quiet. The house is extremely clean, un-cluttered, but well stocked with all the utensils that we needed. The backyard area with the barbecue and pool area was the highlight for us. We spent most afternoons around or in the pool. We would highly recommend this house and would love to stay there again!
