My friends and I had an awesome annual labor day weekend get together at Quinn’s place! The pool, hottub and attic game room were all a big hit, as well as the firepit (no firewood on location so had to pick some up). Place was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen essentials for cooking. Plenty of room and beds for all. Thank you for hosting us!

The landscape around the pool was all overgrown with weeds we had to clear the stairs to the pool the pool was not heated the jacuzzi didn’t work the hot tub only a couple of jets worked there wasn’t nearly enough chairs outside we had to pick them up and move them where ever we wanted to sit poolside or fire pit the blender had electrical tape holding it together I could go on and on very disappointed for the money we spent my first bad experience with VRBO

Beautiful house with plenty of space

The house and layout was perfect for our annual family get together. We comfortably fit with a senior, boomers and spouses and adult grandchildren with their significant others. The kitchen and common areas were spacious and comfortable for hanging out and big group meals and the pool and hot tub were beautiful.

Great Place

Our family of 14 had a wonderful week here in July. So much to do we hardly went anywhere. Big driveway for pickle ball. Big lawn for Kubb. Beautifully designed pool. Lovely screen porch. Large spa, shuffleboard, pool, and giant screen movie theater--wow. We had a few minor quibbles, so not perfect. Still a 5.

Great family ski getaway

We had a great time for new years with a group of 24. There was plenty of room to spread out. Location of the home is fantastic for skiing at Sunday River. We were also very pleased with the cleanliness of the home and the snow removal service. A few upgrades to pots/pans and sleeper sofa are recommended but overall a fantastic stay.

Sunday River

Huge house to accommodate 3 families. Great location which allowed us to do several day trips to explore Western Maine and the White Mountains of NH as well as take advantage of all that Sunday River and Bethel have to offer.

Great for family gatherings

The property had all the means to keep anyone entertained even on a rainy day. The yard was large enough to hold a yard game or two while others swam and enjoyed the sun. Great stay.

Our large group had a great time at this house, plenty of space and a lot for us to all do. Only thing that could have made the stay better was if there was hot water in the showers. Overall would stay again.

Annual group ski trip

What a great house for a large group. We highly recommend! Clean, fantastic set up. Well supplied. Fantastic views. Awesome place. We loved it and hope to rebook again.

Ski trip with friends

This house was great for our group of 20. There was more space than I expected, so many rooms. The dining room can't fit 20 but people spread out into the adjacent living room. The heated floors, hot tub and wood fireplace were very nice with our cold winter mornings and nights.

The perfect ski home

This house was perfect for us. We had exactly 5 families with 9 kids and everyone fit perfectly. The house was spacious with many rooms to sit and enjoy the views. The hot tub was a hit as was the move theater room. I specifically enjoyed the spacious kitchen and the game room with the full size shuffle board wasn't too shabby either. It took us probably 10 minutes to get to South Ridge at Sunday River, so pretty convenient considering how much space there was. The only problem I had was trying to get in touch with the owner because I could not access my VRBO app. There was a little leak in the basement that I thought they should know about, so I had to reach out to a number for a maintenance person listed in a book that was out of date. Once I was able to connect with them, they were very responsive and able to get someone over to take a look at it in a timely manner. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and considering already booking for next year.

Our family of 20 plus adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The pool was delightful as was the firepit. The house was interesting layout.would like to know it's history.Plenty of room for all.We had an incident of a mouse in the theater room, which was a good thing. They were afraid of the mouse so it kept the family more together! Thank you for my 5 star rating and 5 stars back to you

Great family getaway!

We had the whole family (14 adults and 3 children) stay at this wonderful Estate. There was plenty to do on the property and in the area that we didn’t even get to everything! The kitchen was great for big family cooking/ meals. The saltwater pool was refreshing.

Great family vacation home.

Our family of 11 adults and 2 children enjoyed a comfortable stay in this beautifully appointed spacious home. The pool was fantastic, and there was ample room in the backyard for family games. Great Fam Vacation

This house was ideal for our 3 generational family vacation. We wanted to be together for this trip, and the house provided enough to keep us busy and playing for 4+ days…and without feeling crowded. It’s a little hard for those that may have trouble moving around, but we made it work without a problem. Only downside was the weather during our stay.

Beautiful house!

My family of 4 stayed here without dogs. We had a fantastic time! The pool was very nice! It appears to be heated by the hot tub so it's not always warm. The beds were so very comfortable! Directions to things were not easily found. We never did figure out how to turn the ceiling fan on in the master bedroom lol. We were able to find only one spatula and it was, let's say, well used. Not a big deal, but unexpected for a home like this. Same goes for the gate doors, one had to be closed by cement block the other bungee tied closed. There was also a door in the screen room that wouldn't close. None of these things were a problem for us, just again strange for such a place. The game room was tons of fun! When we needed to get in touch with the property manager the response time was at the very least 2 hours but they were always very kind and helpful! We have never rented the same place more then once but this house would be the first we would enjoy going back to.
