The Space:

This spacious Poolside Oasis is exactly the oasis your family needs for vacation. It boasts a HUGE master bedroom, a kids room with bunk beds and a third room with stylish Queen beds.



The modern living room contains plenty of sitting room and a pullout sofa. There are smart TVs throughout the home for use as well as high speed wireless internet.



The home also contains a recently renovated pool with lounge chairs.



Enjoy the breeze and have dinner on the back porch overlooking the pool.



Don't forget to bring your fur babies to enjoy some fun in the sun with you family!



This is one of the most serene and quiet neighborhoods in the city.



If your stay is between March 1 and October 31, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night for stays 3-21 nights.



Note:

Please note that this home utilizes water from a private well, therefore, the water is different from what you would experience with city-treated water. There is a state-of-the-art filtration system on the home so you shouldn't notice any difference, but there is always the chance it is a bit different than city water, if that's what you are used to.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $220 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
