Incredible house on “millionaire’s row” in Brunswick. Nicely restored and everything you could possibly want. Perfect front porch for coffee and a friendly good morning to walkers Good restaurants downtown. Great places nearby to explore like St Simons and Jekyll Island Couldn’t have found a better place for our group Glad we reserved early. I can be pretty critical of places that disappoint. Unique experience

Super, historic house in lovely, safe neighbourhood with many similar properties. The house has everything you could possibly need, very well equipped. I thoroughly recommend. It's huge!

Beautiful home, Fantastic Friendly Host

Everything was wonderful! I couldn’t have dreamt of a nicer place to stay. Danielle the Host is friendly and welcoming. My ONLY issue was with VRBO, absolutely had NOTHING to do with this property or the amazing Host Danielle. My experience with VRBO customer service was horrible, the reps were incompetent and rude. They made it extremely difficult to make payment and never resolved the issue after I spent hours wasting my time corresponding with them. I want to be clear, my stay was wonderful. My complaint is only regarding the service I received from VRBO. I would definitely stay here again. I will definitely avoid using VRBO in the future. Unfortunately, VRBO customer service and billing reps had an extremely negative impact on my wonderful stay.

Beautiful historic home!

Beautiful historic home! Restoration was done perfectly. This home is equipped with every thing you will need for the perfect stay. We were in town to help my aunt with her historic home so we were very busy everyday scrubbing, cleaning and moving furniture etc...but it was so nice to come here every night and have a large comfy bed and a hot shower! The chef's kitchen is to die for:) I will have to come back just to do some cooking on that stove!! It is awesome! Thank you so much for opening your beautiful home to us!

Great House

The girls and I loved the house. The pictures didn't do it justice. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the house. We had lots of room to spread out and read but great places to come together for meals and conversation.

Golf trip

Excellent property. Excellent location. Excellent condition. Only negative was the number of steps . Guess this is normal for a historic home. Suggest a sleeping area on lower level since there is a wonderful full bath available.

Beautiful home

Perfect get away

The home is so welcoming. EVERYTHING is provided. Mattresses are awesome. Bathrooms have recently been updated and are beautiful. Porch was our favorite room. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

This property was more than I imagined. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The front porch was great we spent mornings out there enjoying a cup of coffee. It was in a great location We spent the day in St Simon and a day on Jekyll Island. I would definitely stay here again

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. Danielle was very helpful answering messages and provide information. She was quick to solve the internet issue with the service provider as well. The house is beautiful and well stocked with the essential stuff for the guests. We were very comfortable with the temperature in the house. It's in a beautiful neighborhood, conveniently located to restaurants and stores. It's not far driving to Jekyll and St. Simons Islands either. Highly recommend others to stay here.

Perfect house and location

3 families with older teens stayed for a long weekend to visit friends and attend Porch Fest 2021. It was the perfect house and location. The host Danielle was awesome and provided details along the way and extremely responsive. The house was clean and fully stocked with essentials. The rooms are massive and there was plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 teen girls. We would ABSOLUTELY stay at this home again!!!

Family Reunion

Had a great time staying at the house. Very accommodating for our group. Plenty of seating for everyone just to sit and relax. Nice size kitchen with all the basic essentials. Only problem was with the water pressure if more than two take a shower at the same time. Found out later that’s normal in the Brunswick area.

When we are not using the property, it is listed for rent so that others can enjoy it and help defray the cost of this spacious sprawling home.

It is easy to walk to town and window shop, enjoy the local eateries - bakeries, pubs and fine cuisine as well as cross the bridge to the popular tourist areas. It is moments away from the rich marshlands and well-known, but sometimes crowded islands. This beautiful Southern home affords all the fine comforts of small-town living in a historic area while crossing the bridge to beaches and nature.
