Summary:
Agape' Anchor Villa Marbella is nestled in the authentically beautiful puertorriqueño Luquillo Beach, Puerto Rico. Filled with natural landscaping overlooking the ocean, the grounds at the Boda are perfect for any celebration. Just 4 blocks from Luquillo Beach & Kiosks! Local tour option less than 10 miles away like the rainforest or just a boat tour to the Island of Icacos. Jet Ski, Sailing, Fish, Horseback riding and ATVs are other options as well. Sleeps 8.

The Neighborhood:
Agape' Anchor Villas is located in a serene and safe neighborhood located on a hill overlooking both the beaches of Luquillo and El Yunque National Rain Forest. The neighbors are mature, trustworthy Puerto Ricans who built their houses here 20-30 years ago when the area was first developed and they raised their families here. Many of their children stayed and live with their parents or close-by in the neighborhood, called Fortuna. Only a few minutes from the beach and Luquillo Kioskos (walking or by car), you are centrally located in eastern PR - San Juan and the airport, Carolina, Rio Grande, El Yunque, Fajardo (largest marina in the Caribbean), Ceiba (ferry to Vieques and Culebra islands), Caguas and the "Pork Trail."

Getting Around:
Transportation to and from villa does require a rental car (Uber and Taxi are not reliable once you arrive). We are walking distance to the beach and kiosks (~5-10 minutes).

The Villa is located in Fortuna Luquillo, approx. 38 km east of the San Juan Luis Munoz Airport. Agape' Anchor Villas is pinned on Googl Maps for GPS. Look for the yellow and orange Agape' Anchor Villas signs once in the neighborhood to direct you the rest of the way.

The place was excellent, the view is awesome, very quiet and relaxing, the place is very clean. Being it was our first time in Puerto Rico we had a hard time finding the house but our host Carlos was very helpful and guided us to the property, he stayed on video call with us the whole time because we was in a totally different neighborhood, the only downside about the area is you have to drive to get to places there was nothing within walking distance. But other then that and some stray cats I would highly recommend that place.

Premier Home and Stay in Luquillo Beach Area

Our family had a wonderful stay for vacation. With plenty of space, great amenities and all the comforts of home, we were always glad to come back after a day away and even spent extra time at the house enjoying the views and pool. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the homes or location for your next vacation. With access to every conceivable amenity, it's a top pick!

Great views, great beds, not walkable to the beach

A couple things to know: 1) pool is not heated, so we didn't use it much, but lovely to look at. 2) One of the bedrooms/bath is a lower-level 'apartment'-like arrangement (you have to go outside to get there), and has VERY low concrete ceilings. So instead of having an adult down there, we had a kid stay there. (My dad feared really hurting himself if he forgot to duck. 3) When they say it is on a steep hill, they aren't kidding. We are in great shape, but it's a long distance from the beach, with a highway running between the rental neighborhood and the beach. Luquillo wasn't the quaint town I imagined. Felt commercial and busy. 4) The only dining table is outside but covered (per the pictures), which means that if it's raining, as it was two of the nights we were there, the wind blows and you can't all eat dinner there. There are 3 spots at the island, but it isn't conducive for dinner or games for a larger group. All that being said, the rental worked well for us.

Amazing ocean view!

This home was very clean, and had amazing views of the ocean! Host was super easy to communicate with and very responsive and accommodating. Easy access to the beach & El Yunque. Loved seeing the wild horses. Would stay here again 10/10!

Perfect family vacation

The villa exceeded all our expectations. The hosts were super responsive to all of the questions. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the Luquillo beach, which is just a short drive away. We had dinner at the kiosks most nights, also just a few minutes away. Would stay again, and would recommend to family and friends. Thank you!

Hidden Gem

Pictures don't do this place justice. It is a hidden gem. The views are amazing from the property. The property lots of extras you need to make your stay complete. The communicate with the hosts and staff was very quick. I would stay again.
