Our Chef level kitchen with professional appliances brands where you can prepare a healthy breakfast, a smoothies fun brunch to a full load dinner with cocktails or cheese plates.
In case you don’t know what and how to cook, we aim to assist you with cooking books and cocktails bible to make sure you can enjoy your nights.

Quiet time is 10 pm -7 am. No loud music or noice in front and backyard to respect neighbors’ peaceful and rules. No Smoking inside the house.
Clean or wash dishes, cookwares after each use. Dispose leftover foods to trash bin outside to prevent coaches, ants and insects. No pets allowed.
No party/event allowed. Please do not leave children unsupervised outdoor and by the pool. Always lock doors after leaving or check out.

Looks great from photos, but the place is falling apart. Faucet heads falling off, holes in the door, duct tape on the floor boards, backyard is a mess with dead plants and weeds… would not advise staying here.Broken glass in the driveway upon arrival, dishwasher wasn’t working for the first day. Just a lot of issues.

The owner was very accommodating on working with me when I needed to switch the days. She responded fairly quickly. The home felt very homey. Would definitely stay again

Unclean

The house looks as it is pictured, however it doesn't show the ants that crawl throughout the kitchen and dining room. There were spiders that were literally crawling on my cousin as she sat at the dining room table trying to eat. There were ants with wings that were found in my pizza box after I walked away for all of 5 minites and multiple bugs found in the master bathroom's bathtub. The manager was quick to respond but stated that someone would be there to clean the next morning which wasn't ok for me because why do I have to sleep in these conditions after paying a not cheap price for a clean home which included a cleaning fee. Unfortunately my daughter woke up the next day with random bites/ bumps on her legs. To top it all off I have yet to receive the discount the manager stated I would get and the cleaning lady came to the house at 9am and sat outside until we left at 11 just watching us load our belongings. I would definitely not stay at this home again.

Beautiful home

Lovely host and beautiful property. Really close to Bellaire where there is a lot of food and places to visit. We stayed here with all of my cousins and there were enough beds for everyone.

Nice house

This property was a nice place for our family to stay while visiting Houston. The decor and cleanliness is terrific and it had everything we needed. The hosts are amazing and always available when needed. They even dropped off a new pool net for us per our request. My only wish is that the pool would’ve been heated and there would have been a hot tub (I didn’t realize that until after I booked). The neighborhood felt safe, but somewhat of a sketchy area of Houston.

Subpar

Unfortunately during our stay we couldn’t figure out the spa jets nor did the property owner respond to us. Additionally one of the showers did not have any hot water and the water pressure was very low.
