Tucked away in the most exclusive and safest neighborhood (Westlake Hills) of Austin, this peaceful getaway offers visitors a serene retreat in a lake adjacent neighborhood with the convenience of a 12 minute drive to downtown Austin and 3 minute drive to Lake Austin Marina.
We are very happy to host your pets as well, please add them in the booking. There is $100 pet fee if you bring one or two pets and $100 extra will be charged if you have more than two pets.

Recently renovated 3 bedroom 2bath with 1 car garage. Large fenced in backyard shared with one other condo. Designated outdoor space with patio furniture and grill.

Austin is a cool place to visit and this city is all about outdoor activities and music. We have been here for 12 years and so happy to live in one of the best cities in US.
Our priorities are school and close to downtown when we hunted for our next primary home in 2020, this house gave us the both. West Lake Hill is a highly desired area in Austin, it is a family friendly community, up on the hill and also very close to downtown. On top of that, it is located in the best school district in Austin.

この宿泊施設の特徴
The house was built in 1970 and still holds lots of original charm. It has been renovated continuously over the last decade and now we are so happy to be able to share it with you. The open floor plan, high ceiling living room, spacious outdoor area, 200 years old oak trees and a lovely tree house makes this house special. Don't forget to bring your pets for the joy!
If you plan for a big family reunion or friends trip, we can accommodate your group to both unitA and unitB, which is 5 bedrooms in total.
