Step into this inviting apartment adorned with vibrant hardwood floors and pops of color curated by a local artist. Prepare breakfast in a fully equipped kitchen, relax on the sofa with a good book, or gear up for an unforgettable night in Austin's renowned music scene. Decompress the next day with a short drive to The Domain, offering the state's premier shopping and dining experience.
Guest has exclusive access to the entire space.
Prompt virtual assistance available. Also, we have representative within 15mile for in-person assistance if needed.
1. Check in starts at 4pm while check out time is at 10am. Early check-in and/or late checkout available for a fee of $35 per request.
2. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind are strictly prohibited indoors and will result in immediate termination. Smoke detector in unit. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking.
3. Quiet Hours: We love our neighbors! Maintain respectful noise levels between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. A noise monitoring device is installed in the unit, ensuring privacy with no recording. Fines will apply for violations, and legal action will be taken.
4. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests is 3. The unit is stocked enough for no more than 3 people. If you would like to accommodate additional guests, please get prior approval before check in. Fees may apply. 5. Pets are welcome with prior approval and fees paid prior to your arrival. Any damages accrued by your pet will be assessed and will be deducted from your deposit. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation with an undisclosed/unapproved pet.
