Casa Esperanza is a stylish and serene two-story retreat located just steps from the historic Santa Fe Plaza, placing you within walking distance of world-class restaurants, renowned galleries, acclaimed museums, and the city’s premier performing arts center. You’re also just minutes from scenic hiking trails and the legendary Santa Fe Opera. Through the gated entrance, you’ll find private front and back patios—ideal for enjoying morning coffee or a quiet evening outdoors.

The entry level features tall ceilings with exposed vigas, a warm gas-burning kiva fireplace, and an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area designed for both comfort and entertaining. Upstairs, the home offers two spacious king bedrooms with ensuite baths. The primary suite includes its own gas kiva fireplace, a private balcony, dual sinks, and a tub/shower combination. The second suite offers a beautifully appointed bath with a walk-in shower.

As part of the exclusive El Corazon condominium complex, guests have access to a state-of-the-art fitness center, a welcoming clubhouse, and a tranquil community garden with elegant outdoor furnishings, a gas grill, and a large fire pit—all centrally located within the complex. This is a spectacular property! It is spacious, gorgeously decorated, and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked, the beds are cozy, and we loved the skylights and balcony upstairs. Easy walk to the main plaza. I definitely recommend Casa Esperanza!

The unit is beautifully furnished and well equipped. The location, about 4 blocks from the plaza is very convenient. We walked everywhere: to shopping, restaurants, the rail yard and Canyon Rd. This was my second stay at a home in El Corazon and I highly recommend it.

Lovely apartment close to the main square. Easy walk to dozens of excellent restaurants and the O'Keefe museum. The apartment was clean, and well-stocked with what you'd expect, including the kitchen. The host was easy to communicate with and responsive.

So cozy, so close

Love El Corazon! So easy to walk to the places you want to see (Plaza, Museums) and eat! Also very secure and quiet. This is our second time and we will definitely be back!

The perfect stay for downtown Santa Fe

Wow! This property is the perfect place to stay for a visit to Santa Fe. All major sites in town are within easy walking distance. Including the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum and a multitude of fantastic restaurants. The unit is spacious, clean, and well stocked. We highly recommend it!

Fun in Santa Fe

This house was just as nice as shown in the pictures. The walk to the plaza was shorter than expected. We also appreciated the park across the street from the property to walk our senior Pug. This place had all the amenities we could ever need. We'll definitely come back next year. We also appreciated Rebecca with the management company. She was very helpful with all of our questions.

Absolutely Gorgeous Property!

My husband and I along with another couple rented this property and it did not disappoint. We used to live in Santa Fe, so we knew this was a great location to stay so that we were close to all the action. The home was beautiful and included a beautiful patio where we enjoyed the Fall temperatures while enjoying a glass of wine. The property was SO clean and even MORE beautiful than it appeared online. We visit Santa Fe a lot and WILL rent this property again!

Perfectly located and very comfortable

Casa Esperanza (House of Hope) is immaculate and has all that one needs to feel at home. The townhouse is located in a very quiet area of the complex making it perfect for quiet relaxation on any of the 3 outdoor seating areas. The townhouse is conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants and things to see in downtown Santa Fe. The bed was comfortable and we had use of an unlimited (or so it seemed) number of pillows. The kitchen is fully equipped for those that want to prepare meals including some of the basics including coffee. We were all very comfortable and rested well while we were there. Communication with the management team was excellent start to finish. I will stay there again when we next visit Sante Fe.

You could easily park your car for an entire stay and just walk everywhere. The plaza is super close and so are many restaurants, pubs, cocktail bars and museums. The underground secure garage is great if you are on a road trip and packed with stuff. The condo is super comfy and the outdoor spaces were great, even in late winter. Plenty of sun on one of the many patios at each part of the day. The management team was helpful. Would go back in a minute.

The unit was clean, quiet, and the beds, linens, and pillows were so comfy. The kitchen was well stocked (hint- if you like brewed coffee make sure you take it, along with sugar and cream- there were some Keurig pods but nothing for the drip coffee maker- no big deal) the courtyard patio was very nice as well. It was a very comfortable stay- oh and the heated bathroom floors were AMAZING! We will stay there again!

Directions in and out of the parking garage and home were well organized and made the process easy (which can often be troublesome with these rentals). Accommodations had everything our family of four needed to experience a home away from home. If I could offer the property owner one consideration it would be to change the sheets you are using on the beds. The synthetic material they made of produced so much static electricity that my boys and I had a blast running our hand over them with the lights out to see the light show.

This property is a secure and quiet area with friendly property employees and neighbors. The property provided underground parking space and luggage carts for easy unloading and loading. The only concern/issue is the master tub/shower is extremely high to get into and out of, it's actually a safety hazard for anyone attempting to use this. We read this on other reviews but didn't think much of it. We made it work and the shower pressure and temperature was great!
