It also has a respectable game room with activities like Giant Connect 4, Ping-Pong, oversized Jenga, board games, and croquet for the backyard.

You’re only a mile from the important stuff like Chick-Fil-A, Target, and Best Buy, 10 minutes from The Augusta National Golf Club, and 15 minutes from Historic Downtown.

You can park in the driveway and enter through the front door using your custom door code. There is a tenant who lives in the mother-in-law suite parks on the street and enters through their private entrance in the back. They will not be using the backyard or pool while you are there. They are very respectful and you probably won't even notice them.

It's also important to note that the pool is a mid-size pool at 3.5' deep and about 13' long. It's great for kids and a few adults but cannot hold a large capacity. The pool is open seasonally from May 1st-October 31st (may be open mid April depending on weather).
