Enjoy a spacious and newly remodeled open concept home with BBQ patio off the kitchen, modern kitchen with fresh paint throughout. new beds, linens and mattresses, this quaint home is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood with a lovely park down the street. There is an attached Studio apartment on property with a single person who lives in the unit. He has lived in the unit for 2 years, he is very quiet and keeps to himself keeping an eye out when the unit is not in use.

Nice house, relaxing stay.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks with our dog. The house is located in a safe neighborhood, across from a school, and short walk to a park. The interior was recently remodeled and very comfortable.

Relaxing place to stay!!!

We enjoyed the VRBO experience at this place. We had one problem and the owners dealt with it right away. We appreciated the ability to travel with an elderly family member and our pets. Would recommend this place to others.

Lovely home in beautiful neighborhood

We had a very nice stay and was very satisfied with the place and location. The owners are very nice and any issue we had was help with very promptly and professionally. Would definitely recommend this home.

Cute Arden Arcade bungalow

Nice open floor plan. Lots of great towels. Good location. Friendly neighbors. Hope to come here again

Good price and decent location.

The house was good for the price, the neighborhood was quiet and within close range of walking distance to the American River Parkway. Nice upgraded kitchen. The furniture was a bit old, and the mattresses were very old and uncomfortable.

All was fine.

You might wish to spray for ants in the bathroom. The TV in the right bedroom didn't seem to work for us, but we only tried once. It's only a pet peeve of mine but I like bar soap in the shower even if it's only a very small bar. We were very comfortable. Thanks.

Take as prescribed.

I am a writer and I still find myself speechless. My time here was our miracle. My son and I had the opportunity to stay for an entire month. The house is warm and comfortable. My son and I walked in on our first night and he said, “mommy, can you imagine what you could do here. You are going to fix what broke last month.” This home brought my little family back to life, gave us a beautiful place to getaway without running away. I am profoundly grateful for our time. And I only regret we couldn’t stay longer. My son still asks everyday to go back. The whole place is perfect. No complaints.

We are both Real Estate Broker who also own an Electric truck company, we have 4 boys and 5 grandchildren.. all our kids grew up in Silicon Valley then spread out to other areas. Sonce one of them moved to Roseville with 2 of the grandchildren we decided to set a second Vacation rental in Sacramento our other VRBO Premier home (300249) is located in Monterey Co. We enjoy the vacation rentals as much as we can and as such set them up as though we are going to live in them.
