Marsha and her suite are wonderful. So welcoming and cozy. Marsha had a delicious assortment of goodies waiting and was always quick to respond with any inquiries.It is the perfect place to stay while visiting Sacramento. So convenient to everything. This will definitely be my place to stay in Sac.

This is a beautiful suite in a perfect location. Very walkable and great for biking (there are bikes available for guests). Every time we walked through the gate, the heavenly scent of orange blossoms greeted us. The patio is also lovely and shady.Marsha is the most attentive host ever! She left a basket of snacks, fruit, and beverages for us. And the exact type of milk we use in coffee, plus a new electric frother. When I borrowed my relative's air mattress (I needed a firmer mattress), Marsha responded by bringing me an extra sheet. When she brought us warm scones one morning, I mentioned I had just finished doing yoga and presto! she brought a yoga mat. You will not find a more communicative, welcoming host than Marsha. Plus everything is super clean!

Incredible property and owner is fabulous. She made room for my e-bike in the garage, brought fresh muffins one morning. It wil be my goto property whenever I need long term stay in Sacramento! I can’t say enough good things!

This is an exceptional find! This upscale villa is finely appointed with a private patio, comfortable bed, completely stocked kitchen and laundry room. The host has bikes to share as you enjoy the walkable neighborhood and nearby American River parkway. Located near boutique restaurants and shops and within walking distance of a Trader Joes. Don't hesitate to stay her for one week or more.

Our 4th stay!

We keep coming back to this great apartment. The bed is very comfortable and everything is immaculately clean. This time we even got to enjoy the Christmas decorations in the Fabulous Forties! It's the perfect apartment for us and Marsha is the perfect host.

This place is simply the best

This is a comfortable guest suite in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood, stocked with everything you could need. Marsha is the best host ever -- she really cares for her guests. I've stayed here several times and it's consistently great.

Our second stay in this great apartment

We stayed in Marsha's apartment earlier in the year and we loved it so we returned. In fact, we have already booked another stay for later this summer. The apartment is clean and modern and it has everything you will need for a comfortable stay.

A beautiful, welcoming, home

This is our second stay here. Marsha couldn't be kinder and her home is spotless and cozy. The small kitchen is fully functional--I made Thanksgiving pies there, last stay. The bed is luxurious. And the surrounding yard and neighborhood in the Fab Forties is a perfect take off perch for visiting our son's family in Sacramento. Highly recommended!

Relaxing retreat with amazing host!

Excellent property and even better host

Words are not enough to describe how wonderful this property and Marsha are. The property was super clean with great furnishings and supplies. I have never stayed at another property with so much to offer. Marsha went above and beyond to make us comfortable and welcome. Highly recommend.

Location close to amenities

Loved our stay here. Super clean suite, a comfy bed and nice little private courtyard to sit in the sunshine. Marsha was very welcoming and accommodating with our needs and local information. Loved her delicious homemade warm scones. Would recommend staying in this beautiful spot in short distance to amenities. 😀

Fantastic!

We were delighted with our time in Marsha's villa. The property is wonderfully convenient to central Sacramento, but on a quiet street in a lovely neighborhood. It is very well-equipped and Marsha could not have been been more gracious. We would stay here any time we could.

Charming Oasis in East Sac

I had a lovely time staying at Marsha's lovely villa. Marsha was welcoming and accommodating and the villa was perfectly placed with everything I needed. It was within walking distance of wonderful restaurants and an easy drive to the rest of the Sacramento area. I always felts safe in the neighborhood and would often go on runs to the American river. I highly recommend staying here on your next excursion to Sacramento.

Lovely Villa in Every Way

The house is sun-filled, roomy, immaculate, up to date and nicely furnished for comfort and beauty. The surroundings and neighborhood are beautiful and offer easy access to food, fitness and entertainment. We ate in the lush courtyard, which was a pleasure. Marsha, our host and owner is both efficient, and so so nice.

A native Californian, originally from Santa Cruz, I have lived and fallen in love with the Sacramento area after arriving here 35 years ago. With a career in technology, and traveling the western United States, we raised three children in Sacramento, enjoying the many outdoor recreation opportunities and beautiful climate, and accessibility to the world with our stunning Sacramento International Airport. I personally enjoy traveling, cycling, skiing, hiking, reading, cooking and wine tasting.

With this charming Mediterranean guest suite. I strive to offer you the kind of warm welcome, immaculately clean accommodations, and relaxing experience that makes travel addicting... while giving you the comfortable feeling of being in a gracious home. Very simply, I want you to be treated the way to be treated.

Recently relocating back into the East Sacramento downtown area from the suburb of Carmichael, this location provides walkability to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, bars, parks, and public transportation. I love the walkability and being a part of the blossoming downtown vibrancy, access to the peaceful beauty of the American River Bike Trail, and central location for public transportation and outings to the Bay Area, Tahoe, Foothill and Napa Valley Wineries.

With a Mediterranean tropical landscape, vast stone patios, balconies and shaded by a giant English Oak, you will be centrally located on a quiet, peaceful, property in the heart of beautiful East Sacramento. My home feels like a Mediterranean Villa. All this, with easy access to public transportation and interstate freeways, beautifully appointed and meticulously maintained. I am blessed to have found such a special home, and to be able to share the Guest Suite with like-minded adventurers and travelers.
