There is a grassy area for the family as well as a set up for BBQing and outside enjoyment. The kitchen has been outfitted with all of the essentials and there is a washer and dryer in the home. Park your vehicle in the garage and enjoy the 10 minute commute to the CA State Capitol. This is also a mere 15-20 minute drive from the Sacramento International Airport.
