Perfect stay!The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet area yet close to everything I needed.The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the outdoor space. The host was very kind and attentive at all times. Definitely a 5-star experience.

Exceptionally Clean

Great place with everything I needed. Close to everything with easy access to freeway. Very clean place, I highly recommend! The host has very quick response time and is very friendly. Didn't need much but still answered all my questions about the area :) Will definitly book again! 5 stars all the way around!

Fabulous accomadations!

Amazing property central to everything in Sacramento. The unit is beautifully decorated and had everything you need. There is a locked gate and keypad entry to both the gate and unit. Street parking is no problem and a parking pass is provided. The communication was top notch and the price was very competitive. I rented this property for my son who was doing a rotation at UC Davis Med Center in his final year of med schoool. It was a 5 min drive for him and very convenient to grocery stores and everything he needed. Highly recommend this properly’!

Clean, cool and convenient

Super convenient to food, shopping and Freeway access. Everything was as pictured or even better. Couldn’t ask for anything more, great combination of price and location.

Quaint one bedroom apartment

The one bedroom apartment had all the amenities of home, especially for an extended stay. The owner was very responsive about all inquiries. The neighborhood has a grocery store and numerous restaurants within walking distance.

Cute little place in safe Sactown neighborhood

Property was clean and convenient. Did not have any problems with location, amenities nor the manager. Neighbors are nice and place is quite well-put. The buildings are a bit run down, however, I enjoyed my 3 month stay in Sacramento. Manager is always in touch and considerate with requests. Definitely would recommend 10/10

Great hidden gem

property was clean, and secured with an exterior gate then a code entry to the apartment. surprisingly better than expected and the pictures didn't do it enough justice. If your in need of housing in that area, as I did for work, was well worth it!
