Relax with the family at this peaceful, gorgeous condo. This condo community is situated on a lake/marsh, near golf courses , tanger outlets , Apache pier, walking distance to the beach (10 minute walk/2 min drive ) 3 bedroom 2 bath unit sleeps 6 comfortably. High-end updates throughout plus a large screened in porch to enjoy the morning coffee or a glass of wine while listening to the birds sing.

Great Stay

The property is furnished beautifully and the pictures accurately reflect the condition of the condo. Everything is fresh and new. The kitchen has most everything you would need and we appreciated being supplied with detergent, garbage bags, cleaning products, etc. (we have stayed in VRBOs that didn't. . .) We also loved that this unit provided everything you would need for the beach or pool including chairs, a wagon, umbrellas, pool noodles/floaties, etc. That was a game changer for our time at the beach. The beach is about a half mile or so from the condo, so not too bad if you don't mind walking. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and centrally located between North Myrtle Beach and downtown/airport. The pool is well maintained and a good option for hot days if you don't want to go to the beach. Overall, we had a good experience with this property. The owner was responsive and provided everything needed for a great stay. I would recommend this property.

Stay was great. Loved the property and pictures matched the inside and amanities. Loved the screened in porch. Just 8 minute walk to beach which was a plus. Extra beach chairs and supplies to use with our stay were much appreciated. Would stay again

We have been traveling to Myrtle beach for the passed 20 years and this is where we have decided to retired , we love this are because is very family oriented ,relax and the locals are amazing .

I believe family is what matters the most , to me this property gave us the opportunity to enjoy a family vacation all together under the same roof we are a growing family and spending quality time with them is my main priority and we hope that our property gives you many memories as well as it has done for us
