Catskill Family Friendly Upstate Main St. Ski Hike

Our home is conveniently nestled in the historic Catskill village, one block away from Main Street where you can stroll and enjoy the cafes, breweries, restaurants, music, art and find historical sites.

For the adventuresome, we are near Wyndham and Hunter ski resorts, golf course, zip line, various hiking trails and lakes, where you can swim, kayak, canoe, paddle board or boat along the Hudson River.

We are within 2 to 2.5 hour drive from NYC. 10 minutes away from the Hudson Amtrak.

Great place in Catskill

We spent last week in Catskill and enjoyed our stay very much. The property is exactly as described, the photos provided on VRBO are accurate. The house is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The backyard is lovely. Very close the Catskill's main street and nice to be able to explore on foot. Price Chopper and Walmart are a short drive away. We would stay here again if we are back in the area.

Great stay in Catskill

The property was fantastic with a great outdoor area that the kids enjoyed. House was very clean and had every amenity. The Main Street was only a block away with some great options for food and things to do. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

Snowboard/Ski Trip

House was newly renovated, with modern amenities, but with a rustic charm and exposed brick. Nice complimentary bottle of wine as welcome gift. Great location in relation to Hunter Mountain. Older looking area area.

Just perfect

The property is all redone and walking distance from bars, restaurants, and shops. Great backyard. Bathrooms are very nice. Lots of utensils, coffee, and toiletries. Very accommodating. Comfy beds with white bedding. IYKYK! Highly recommend.

Thanksgiving Getaway

This house is beautiful! It's very clean and modern on the inside. We really enjoyed staying here over the Thanksgiving holiday and enjoyed attending the Christmas Parade on Main Street as well.

Highly recommend, very close to downtown Catskill

Great location - one street away from Catskill Main St with restaurants, coffee shops, book store, shops, police station, bank, pilates studio, farmers market etc. Also close to great hiking such as Olana Historic site and Kaaterskills Falls. A slightly larger town (Hudson) with more restaurants and shops is close by. Walmart is very close in case you forgot anything. That being said - you will want a car. House - well equipped with anything you might want. The host clearly put thought into what guests might need (including kids with children). Smart TV. Big yard with pool. Working remotely - The Internet was fine for working remotely. One desk in bedroom, big dining table, and large kitchen island. Large table outside (internet is strong enough outside). Host - very responsive. Would stay again.
