STEPS to the BEACH: Perfect Midtown Location! NEWLY RENOVATED!

Located in the heart of mid-town this condo is beachside - less than 100 steps to the beach, no busy streets to cross!

It comes with fully equipped recently renovated kitchen, with two car parking, keyless entry, wifi, smart TVs, washer and dryer, and community pool. Linens, towels, and beach towels also provided for an extra $150 charge, please let me know if you would like to add on.

Perfect mid-town location across the street from popular dining such as Mackey's, AlleyOops, Tequila Frogs, Bad Monkey, Johnny's Pizza, and Fractured Prune. Close to Mini Golf, Candy Kitchen, Dumsers, shopping and many other attractions. There is something for everyone within walking distance.

The outdoor patio has a bistro table (photo to be updated) to be able to drink your coffee in the mornings. The pool offers a great option after a beach day and perfect for non-beach days.

Large outdoor storage stocked with body board, beach toys, beach chairs and umbrella...everything you need for a good time at the beach. Drying rack also provided to hang towels after a day at the pool or beach.

We do not rent for senior week and absolutely no parties. Minimum age to rent is 25.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is clean, in a great location, and easy to check into. The owner was very responsive and quickly had the garbage disposal repaired when it wasn’t working. Pool and beach are so close—great for families! Highly recommend and would love to return!

My family had an awesome experience here. We have stayed across the street the past few years and love the location. It is everything for us, especially with little ones. You have everything you need close by. The market, Dunkin, Johnnys pizza etc. This condo suited our needs perfectly!

Great property and would stay here again. Staying oceanside was a much appreciated convenience. There were beach toys stored in the balcony she’d, which my 3-year-old loved. We used the pool everyday that weather permitted. A maintenance team cares for the pool daily - very clean. Kitchen was well-equipped to prepare a few family meals. Location is incredibly walkable to many desirable attractions. Owners were top notch with communication.

Ocean’s Calling

Had a wonderful week in Ocean City. Mary was kind and responsive to all of my questions leading up to our trip. The condo was clean, cozy, and within walking distance to the beach and plenty of food and entertainment. Loved that the beach bus stop was only a few streets away.

Perfect Family Vacation

My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and condition of the property. It was also fully stocked with beach gear and toys and games for the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed, as well. The location was fantastic; quick walk to the beach without crossing a road, and within walking distance to several great restaurants and stores for shopping. Our 4 year old daughter loved Alley Oops and was a great rainy day activity. We also really liked the keyless entry, that way we didn't have to worry about losing a key on the beach or wherever. The owners were also very friendly and quick to respond to all our questions and needs. We will definitely be back next year!
