The condo was clean and the owner was totally responsive and helpful. He took care of all issues very quickly. Would definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking for a vacation location

This was a quiet street close to the ocean. It was self check in so that was nice. The place was extremely dirty and we did have mice which we got a picture of. I don’t think the mice was there long do to not having a lot of rodent dirt but they were there. We did need to go out and buy a pot and pan to have something to cook with. What was there wasn’t anything you would want to use. It would have been good for the bathroom to have a fan as well. The place was by far the dirtiest place I have ever stayed but location was good and the price was good. You get what you pay for. We choose to make the best of it and we did have a good week.

We take our guests’ feedback very seriously, and these concerns are not consistent with the feedback we have received from other guests who have stayed at our property. We also wish we had been made aware of these issues during your stay. We were never contacted about cleanliness concerns, mice, cookware, or the bathroom ventilation, and had we known, we would have done everything possible to address them immediately and make your stay more comfortable. Since receiving your review, we have taken the concerns you raised seriously and have addressed each of the items mentioned, including thoroughly checking and cleaning the property, addressing the cookware situation, and looking into the bathroom ventilation and the reported pest issue. We’re glad to hear that you were able to enjoy the quiet location, proximity to the ocean, and ultimately have a good week. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work hard to provide a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for our guests.

The location and affordability of this condo makes it perfect for my family. We are beach bums and you can’t get much closer to the beach. We will be back.

Family beach trip

Everything was awesome for our week at the beach. It was very nice to be just steps from the beach. We loved the space of the condo and the kitchen came in very handy for a few dinners and breakfasts. We will definitely stay here again.

Super easy and great property

When we arrived to the house, I had no idea how close we were to the beach which was a great surprise for us and the house is great for a small to medium size family! The owner was great when it came to communication and making sure we had everything we needed!

Beautiful beach

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The beach access was a plus for sure! The humidity was very high the week we stayed. So it was nice to know the beach was right in front of our condo. The food, ice cream and antique shops were great both in Maryland and Delaware! We brought some great finds back home with us. I’m glad we stayed in a condo vs a hotel because the kitchen was a plus. It was nice to go grocery shopping for the week and not eat out all the time.

Nice location

Came in for 5 days. Oceans Calling music festival. Good location a few miles from fest. Easy beach access and olenty of walk to food options. Simple bus rides to festival. Justin the host was easy to deal with. Everythung worked as it should. No prblems.

Good location, comfortable beds and couches

Placed worked well for us. Nice to have two long couches in the living area and the beds were comfortable. Two keys and parking were convenient. Beach access across the parking lot was awesome. Only ding was that the internet wifi wasn't connecting. We weren't using computers and the cell service was fine for both AT&T and Verizon phones. Overall, great stay. Make sure to bring your own shower fluids and TP. We got a roll of TP across the street at 7-11 for 1.

Nice place, comfortable

The property was nice. It was exactly as described. The only thing (and it isn't even a complaint)...on the listing, when you say "coin operated laundry", the assumption was that it was onsite somewhere, not 2 miles away. Probably would not have prevented us from renting, but it would have been nice information. Just a bit misleading. But all in all, the property was what we expected and served it's purposes.
