Or play all day at the indoor/outdoor Massanutten Fitness and Recreation Center provided at no extra charge when you stay with TripForth! Dugans Dugout offers all the amenities you could ever want in your very own mountain vacation home. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, and living areas for multiple gathering spaces, this vacation rental home also has a washer and dryer.

Please note that the passes provide access to the following Recreational Centers at no additional cost: Massanutten Fitness & Rec Club includes a fitness room, indoor pool, game room, HOT TUB (added Oct 2025), co-ed steam and sauna rooms. Woodstone Recreation includes a game room, indoor basketball court, racquetball courts, indoor & outdoor (seasonal) pool, and tanning bed.

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time. Check-Out is at 10am.
IMPORTANT NOTES: In order to maintain a flexible cancellation policy, guests may cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival to receive any type of refund. Important Driveway Information:
The home is accessed by a long, steep gravel driveway. A 4WD vehicle is strongly recommended in all seasons. Low-clearance or small vehicles may have difficulty accessing the property, even in normal weather conditions.
Note: This home is in the mountains and is subject to seasonal weather and other natural changes. It is likely this home may occasionally experience insects, arachnids, and other wildlife. Preventative treatments are performed regularly, and guests can help reduce encounters by keeping food sealed and minimize light exposure at night. As this is part of the natural setting, refunds or moves are not offered for such occurrences. Please consider this before booking.
