The home is accessed by a long, steep gravel driveway. A 4WD vehicle is required year-round. Low-clearance or small vehicles will have difficulty accessing the property, even in normal weather conditions.
This is a mountain home and may occasionally experience insects, arachnids, or wildlife. Preventative treatments are performed regularly. Guests can help reduce encounters by sealing food and minimizing nighttime light exposure. Refunds or relocations are not offered for these natural occurrences.
