Sunnyside Apartment #3, 1 of 3 - Convenience, comfort, and a great location. Located between Cooperstown and the Cooperstown Dreams Park, they are only one-half mile from the Dreams Park. A supermarket and eateries are close by. These apartments are a perfect choice for small groups. Apartment 3 works well for 3 people, a bedroom with a queen bed and a double bed in the living area makes for a very functional space. Apt #3 is located on the second floor with its own private rear deck. Enjoy a quiet morning cup of coffee nestled in the trees, and then be at your ballgame in mere minutes!

Sunnyside Apartments share an in-ground pool (new in 2016), 16' x 32', 4 feet deep with the two neighboring Terrace Lawn units.

Staff kind and welcoming. Washer/dryer on premises was amazingly convenient. Private. Clean. Fam friendly, no corporate/chain vibes. Literally can see Dreams Park across the road, so was mega convenient for baseball tournament. Beyond pleased!

Clean, cozy, close to Dreamspark.

The location was wonderful. One minute after we dropped her son off after move-in at dreams park, we were parking at the apartment. Nice fenced in pool out front. This apartment is up a staircase to the right of the building. Upon walking in, we were greeted by Fresh smells of a recent deep cleaning. It was perfect for my wife and I and our nine year old daughter, there is a small kitchen, a table for three, a comfortable loveseat, and a queen bed in the living room. Leading back to the master bedroom, there is a small office, which was perfect for us to store all of our bags out of the way. The bathroom was small but adequate. There was a great deck off the kitchen where my wife and I had breakfast and coffee each day. My wife was able to do some work remotely out there as well. Internet worked perfectly. Apple TV was available. Free laundry facilities beneath the staircase, leading up to the unit. There was also a great outdoor sitting area with propane grills and a fire pit. Unfortunately, we were so busy we did not utilize these but it was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again if we come back. Immediate communication with the owner for check-in and checkout, which was a breeze.

A Perfect Stay for Cooperstown Dreams Park Tournament

Wife & I had a great experience at this property. The property was clean and well taken care of. The pool was a great relief after long hot days at the ball field. So close to Cooperstown Dreams Park that you can see the complex from the property. The property owners were very nice and were available if needed.
