The main living area, which hosts the Murphy bed and futon, has seating for four where you can gather around the gas fireplace or kick back on the plush recliner to watch something on the 65” flatscreen TV, all while appreciating a stunning view of the Deschutes River!
Privacy is key here. The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed as well as its own bathroom, another Smart TV, a dresser, and closet space. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a lockable communicating door. Both TVs have basic cable, but since the owner purchased and installed the Smart TVs you are also able to login to your own personal streaming service!

With river access, a neighboring park, and a short, walkable distance along the river trail to downtown Bend, you get the ability to enjoy the incredible restaurants and breweries while being completely immersed in the natural beauty of the Deschutes River.
