Riverfront Top Floor Condo near downtown Bend

"Altitude Adjustment" is a stunning 3rd-floor condo that sits alongside the Deschutes River and is a 10-minute walk into the heart of downtown Bend. This condo will sleep up to 4 vacationers in two queen beds. The condo is an average of 630 square feet with two separate sleeping areas, two full size bathrooms, and a full kitchen. Your balcony over looks the Deschutes and the river trial runs alongside property.

The condos kitchen is equipped with all your basic needs; pots, pans, cookware and dish-ware. You will also be provided with silverware, plates, cups and wine glasses. The kitchen includes a brand new stainless steel, slate finished, full size refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. Along with a coffee pot, and microwave.

The Bend Riverside Commons Condominiums line the Deschutes River and are directly adjacent to Pioneer Park. You have plenty of room to stretch your legs on our grassy patio or in the park next door. Take the riverside trail north or south for a refreshing taste of the outdoors. The proximity to downtown Bend cannot be understated. You can walk to numerous restaurants, pubs and downtown boutiques in under ten minutes.

Our property does include an indoor heated pool and hot tub which are open daily, so be sure to bring those swimsuits!

This unit is also pet friendly, we allow up to 2 pets per condo with an additional fee of $50 plus tax per animal.

Basic cable will be provided in the rooms, that means your basic set up of analog channels. You are, however, most certainly welcome to bring your own streaming device, all tv's in our units are flat screen with HDMI hook ups. (HDMI cords not included in room)

FairWell Festival

Wanted to stay in Bend for the Fairwell Festival over in Redmond. Convenient, walked downtown. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the river!

Excellent location and close to trails, river and downtown! Unit was clean and spacious and a corner unit. Kitchen is great, however, was missing salt / pepper and spices and was short on coffee (stayed for 3 nights and only had two coffee pouches). Would definitely highly recommend and would stay again!

The location and view cannot be beat. Condo is very clean and well set up. Its not “lux”, but it is functional and clean. The exterior of the bldg is nice, as you are right on top of Pioneer park which is lovely. BEWARE: you must go up two flights of stairs with no elevator so be sure your party can ambulate and you can lug your trail bikes up / down if you dont leave them locked below outside.

Convenient location great value

We stayed a couple nights for a quick spring break ski. Place worked well, walking distance to town for shopping and a Pint. Pool was warm, hot tub broken but those things happen.

Beautiful Atmosphere

Beautiful view. 10 minute walk to shops. Next to a beautiful park and the river. Loved the sound of the rushing water and the squirrel in the tree. Apartment was clean and spacious.

Wish the pool was available and notice given

While we loved the property's location, we really hoped to have been able to use the pool which is one of the reasons why we chose this location. When we arrived we were informed that the patio outside of the pool was being demolished and that the pool was not available until after work house. This was disappointing and caused us additional expenses to visit other hotels that offered day passes to their pool.

No frills, affordable rental in super close-in location

We needed a place to stay for two couples and a dog, somewhat last minute, and this spot fit our needs and budget. The location was great, walkable to downtown and the river-front path right in front. The unit is divided into two, a bedroom and a studio, with each having its own entrance and bathroom so very convenient for two independent couples. We didn't use the kitchen or onsite amenities, mostly used the unit for sleeping and as a launch pad for Bend adventures!

Bend Getaway

Accommodation was perfect location for our son's lacrosse tournament (located 4 miles away). Located right on the riverwalk which had easy access to coffee shops and restaurants. The unit was clean however our 2nd bathroom shower did not work and the freezer had an unbearable noise that went off at random times. Since we had another bathroom we lived through it. Beds (specifically mattresses) could use an upgrade.

Hotel-like stay

This was a great "home base" for our lacrosse tournament. We liked walking on the trail outside of our room and the easy access to downtown Bend. Just FYI- there is very min. "extras" here- basics like you would find in a hotel. Not much extra cooking supplies, and mini bottles of soap/shampoo. Had to go buy a coffee on our last morning because we were only given 2 coffee packages, for a 3 night stay. Overall it was VERY clean, and the experience was easy. Thanks!

Very Noisy

It is on the river. Our biggest problem was the noise. When pup owners left their dog it barked and howeled until they got back. However, the loud vibration and humming of some kind of electrical equipment was constant and made sleeping very difficult. And, it is not anywhere near walking distance to the town's restaurants and shopping. Sorry, would absolutely not stay again.

Great unit

4 stars only because of the cleanliness in the unit. We had to vacuum the floor carpet and sweep the hard floor due to visible food crumbs visible on hard floor. My daughter said her pillow smells like an old man, so she didn’t use it. Also the pots and pans were very disorganized that they placed one pot sideways due to room cabinet clearance, but after I organized the pots and pans, they left a lot of rooms in cabinet. Major negative is the cleanliness, other than that, the unit is great and everything in it works.
