Welcome to one of the best listings in Breckenridge — a true ski‑in, walk‑to‑the‑gondola condo in the heart of downtown. Located right on Park Ave, this modern 2‑bedroom retreat lets you ski or ride directly back on the 4 O'Clock Run, drop your gear, and walk one block to Main Street for dining, shopping, and après. It's the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and mountain access.
This spacious condo sleeps 7 across a king bed in the main bedroom, a twin‑over‑full bunk, an additional twin, and a pull‑out trundle — all designed to keep everyone comfortable. With an updated interior, super‑fast dedicated WiFi, and an in‑unit washer and dryer, it's also a great choice for extended stays or work‑from‑home mountain escapes.
The complex features two year‑round hot tubs and a seasonal pool (spring through fall), plus a community grill and one unassigned parking spot. Extra vehicles can park across the street in the gondola lot or at the Airport and Ice Rink lots.
Traveling with a larger group? StayLTD manages seven condos in this complex and two more directly adjacent, making it easy to host big families, retreats, or multi‑unit gatherings.
You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before arrival for a full refund when purchasing the optional Cancel For Any Reason insurance policy offered by StayLTD. The main renter must be 25+ and present during the reservation.

Unit was clean. Short walk to the Gondola and Trail leading back to the unit. Minutes walk to Main St. Great location for both the town and the slopes.

Very nice property. Exceptionally stocked, comfortable beds, comfortable stay all around.

Exceptional. A little more information about the local travel options to the the slopes would be appreciated. Everything else was perfect. Convenient, comfortable, well stocked, and a pleasure.

February vacation stay

The property was great for us. Comfortable, clean, and very easy to get to town/slopes. The water pressure wasn’t great. You can definitly hear the people upstairs, but as long as they are quiet at the quiet hours it’s not a problem. One evening they where having a party it was awful. But the property manager was very responsive and told us what to do if it persisted etc. washer a dryer in the unit is a life saver!

Thanks for the Stay Sarah, Glad the neighbors unit (which we don't manage) quieted down at quiet hours for you. All the condo buildings in breck are pretty old and if your not used to neighbors it can be an adjustment. We do provide sound machines and most of the time everyone quiets down like they are supposed to around 8-9. Glad you enjoyed the amenities and location, see you next time at at StayLTD property and check out some of our more private locations too for your next visit.

Nice - but not Great

The location was excellent, that's about it. Tight, small apartment for five: two parents and three kids. Don't plan on cooking too much in the kitchen. Besides being super tight there is bare minimal of utensils, pots or pans not even a pizza cutter. Toilet pressure is super weak, and one toilet clogged so easily I had to purchase liquid plumber to unclog twice. Sent multiple messages through VRBO messenger prior to check-in and did not hear from the owner. My assumption is communications are from broker not the actual property owner.

James, sorry you were disappointed with some of the cooking utensils? I definitely didn't get your messages through VRBO, but my direct contact info is posted all over the condo and in your check in info! We haven't had any other complaints about the toilet so thanks for the help but were sorry you had issues. All the communications you got were from me the owner/manager but I never got your messages through VRBO sorry, you could have replied to any of the direct messages I sent before arrival and we would have been right on it.

Nice stay at a nice location

My stay overall was nice and memorable. Location is close to town and a grocery store, within walking distance, all amenities are listed accurately. Just a couple of heads up for people who are planning to stay here: 1) kitchen has everything you need for cooking, but if you’d like to go big on your meal preparation, you may not like silicone cooking utensils and plastic wash basket. Cooking pan sits wobbly on the stove, usable but may take a longer time 2) sound proof isn’t the best. I was able to hear upstairs walking, unfortunately, during my stay, my upstairs guests were early birds, so I was forced to be up at 5am. Other than that, everything else is great in this apartment, host was communicable and fast in his responses. I would recommend friends to stay here too.

Thanks for the stay Claire. Glad you liked the place and all it had to offer at it's downtown location. We have the cookware and utensil's you're looking for, maybe they were placed in a drawer or osmething you weren't looking for sorry you missed them. We do have a sound machine by the bed since it's a condo complex so if you're not used to hearing neighbors we understand that. See you next time.

Zero Sleep

1. I sacrificed renting a property with a view so I could have a rental with a washer/dryer in the unit. This is clearly photographed in the listing but they don’t offer any laundry detergent so useless. I wasn't interested in shopping for detergent on my short vacation. Felt like a bait and switch as there was an odd sign on the door saying Laundry on 2nd floor. What? I asked Brett if there was laundry soap hidden somewhere and he never responded. 2. Much worse was the horrible banging noise all through the night. We all were trying to figure out what this noise could be that woke us all several times each hour. Guessing it may be heaving of the duct work from heating and cooling. We almost left after night one but didn't want to pay more money. We put our noise machine as loud as it would go but it didn't dull this aweful noise at all. I'm guessing previous guests weren't using the furnace? 3. Not premier in my opinion. Zero response when I inquired about the unusable washer and dryer in listing. Owner has a note about gifts in the unit that I never came across. Brett offered a lovely very lengthy email on how he would so generously take all the time needed to drive my personal sentimental items (accidentally left behind) to a women's shelter for free or venmo $75 + shipping. I wish I could share the ridiculous email. I felt extorted. Most renters charge $30 total. More than 2 wks. to get your $250 deposit. Only gives money back 2xmonthly. Will I get it?

Debra was less than an ideal guest. Before her arrival I sent a message noting that I'd be out of town on vacation during her stay with no service. She failed to follow check in info and was disappointed that we dont provide laundry detergent. The washer/dryer of course works but the guest has to buy your own detergent. Upon her departure she told me she had forgotten several hats and gave specific instrucitons on how to package and ship them back. When I told her the cost she was offended. Shipping from Breck is expensive because we're remote. Her comments about noises and a furnace are completely invalid. The condo uses electric radiant heat so there's no furnace or noise to be made in the condo. Her depsoit was refunded 2 days after her departure on teh 15th when returned from vacation per the typcial refund.
