Nostalgic Northern Cabin tucked between 2 lakes & recreational river - Wadena Co

Twin Lakes Cabin is a cozy classic knotty pine cabin located between 2 lakes with a popular kayak/canoeing river outlet off the cabin's bay. Enjoy a spacious level lot with a new dock, fire pit, deck, grill and Black Stone. Cabin comes equipped with all of your essentials. Upper and Lower Twin Lakes are known for great fishing. The boat launch is .5 miles down the asphalt road. This cabin's lakeshore is not swimmable due to muck and weeds that include cattails and wild rice. Locals swim at the hard sand/crushed shell bottom boat landing and wade down the connecting river to the sand bar with floats/tubes. The cabin is conveniently located close to hundreds of miles of ATV trails in Huntersville. There are many shops, great restaurants, and bars in Park Rapids (10 miles north). Menahga is just 4 miles down the road and hosts gas stations, bait, coffee shop and bakery, and a cafe. Blueberry Pines is a fabulous golf course and restaurant located outside of Menahga. Itasca State Park is 20 miles away.

We ask that you respect our neighbors and park/stay on our property only. Noise levels need to be low, especially at night and no outside music past dark. Sound travels across the water and is much louder than you would think. If a noise violation occurs and/or law enforcement is called you will be requested to leave with no refund.

No pets allowed. No smoking allowed in cabin. Fires must stay in fire pit. Broken glass found in the yard, lake, or shoreline will result in loss of damage deposit. Consider using plastic or aluminum. We want everyone to enjoy this property, respect our environment and their special time at the lake. Please leave the property in the condition it was found in.
