The space
Our home sits on more than a third of an acre with mountain views in almost every direction. Built in 1950 and desperately needing help, we completely gut-renovated & upgraded every single aspect of the house & property, including mechanicals, floors, walls, windows, doors, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room & almost every inch of the outdoors.

The Living Room is your chill zone, painted a soothing gray with a huge comfy custom couch, 75" TV and mini bar with ice maker and power blinds.

The Dining Room is mod and inviting with artwork guaranteed to make you smile! It seats 6 with bright yellow chairs & accents.

The Kitchen is completely transformed and open, with 8 stools along the expansive counters allowing you and all your guests to eat, drink and hang out together! It features white Cafe Line appliances, a hooded gas oven, a side by side refrigerator with ice maker, an overflow beverage fridge, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender and other small appliances. It's fully stocked with plates, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils plus all the spices and condiments necessary to whip up something amazing.

The Party Room has and four swivel chairs you can use to watch movies or sports on the 75" TV, a 12-foot shuffleboard table and sit-down arcade game for two (featuring Ms Pac Man, Galaga, Donkey Kong and at least 50 more old-school options). This room also has a Jonathan Adler glass bar cabinet, push button blinds and views of the beautiful new pool. There are more games in the long buffet cabinet below the TV.

There are three bedrooms: The Primary is as chic as it is comfortable, with a King bed, large TV on a swivel mount, full wall of closets, French doors to the patio and a beautiful new bath featuring a huge pink tiled walk-in shower, stunning green wallpaper and a re-plated original wall heater & exhaust fan.

The pink Guest Room is a nod to style and fashion, with two Queen beds with dramatic pillows and accessories, a makeup table/desk, original built in wall shelf, big closet and large TV on a swivel mount.

The 3rd Bedroom is a throwback to the 60's and a celebration of Palm Springs style with its own entrance, big walk-in closet, completely upgraded private bath, wall mounted TV and its own AC unit.

The Laundry Room is just off the Party Room, next to the Palm Springs Hotel sign, featuring a full size stacked Washer/Dryer plus a counter for folding clothes, storage for extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and other supplies plus an additional refrigerator (there are four total).
Guests have access to the entire home and property, minus an owners closet and storage room outside.
