Nestled in a private cove w/dock, boat slip & small beach makes it ideal for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, & swimming (all equipment and life vests provided). Explore the expansive 1.5 acre wooded yard. There is plenty of room for kids and pets to play. Sleep soundly in 3 King & Queen en suites plus 2 additional twin rollaway beds and 3 air mattresses, that can be placed in any room. Extra bedding provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook gourmet meals, with adjacent dining sunroom that seats 8.

The interior space was thoughtfully designed to maximize the gorgeous views of Lake Wylie for you to enjoy all day long. In the massive sun-soaked living area, with floor to ceiling windows, you’ll find cabinets full of games, toys, books, lake towels, throw blankets, dog beds and many other essentials. There are 2 office nooks, so bring your laptop if you need to work from home.

Bring your boat (or rent one at the marina), and launch from nearby Papa Dock. Tie up at our private dock. Explore the cove with our kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. The covered dock, and floating dock are perfect places to relax with a cold drink, sunbathe, fish or watch the kids splash the day away.

In the evening, as you take in the unforgettable sunsets, fire up the grill and enjoy a meal outside. The spacious wrap around deck and outdoor space has multiple gathering and dining areas, all overlooking the lake.

Prefer to be indoors? Stream your favorite show on our Smart TV, cook a delicious meal, bake a cake, grab a book or magazine, or enjoy a fun game or puzzle.

You’ll have access to the 2-car garage where you’ll find the stand-up paddle boards, kayaks and water mats. Fishing gear and beach toys are provided and located in the outdoor deck closets.

Located in the exclusive gated community of River Hills Country Club, this home is central to many restaurants, gas stations, pharmacies, and shopping, while still feeling peaceful and secluded at home.

We welcome up to 2 dogs. There is a flat pet fee of $200. The property is expansive. Children and fur babies are inclined to explore. You are responsible for supervising them at all times.

PARKING: There is ample driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. There is no street parking.

This house may not be suitable for toddlers, due to open water exposure. That said, we have had multiple families visit and have children ourselves, and families are always welcome here! As property owners, we bear NO responsibility for docking/operating your own watercraft. This includes damages, theft, malfunction, in addition to personal injury or death with regard to your watercraft. This is at your own risk. By booking this reservation, you agree to Indemnify and hold Owner harmless from any and all claims including those of third parties, arising out of, or in any way related to Renter’s (and guests) use of Property or the items of personal property provided therein. Renter assumes all risk of injury or other losses relating to any recreational activities. Renter and guests understand that using kayaks, paddle boards and inflatables, as well as, swimming, and any other aquatic activities provided by the Owner, involve certain inherent risks, including, but not limited to, falling in the water, injury, drowning and other dangers associated with aquatic activities. Renter and guests hereby release and hold harmless the Host and its representatives, all claims, liabilities, causes of actions, cost, expenses, whether at law or in equity, in connection with Renter’s use (as well as any of Renter’s guests' use) of the kayaks, paddle boards, inflatable watercraft. Renter and guests agree to use the kayaks, paddle boards and inflatables responsibly, following all safety instructions provided by the Owner. Renter and guests agree to wear appropriate safety gear, such as life jackets, while on the water. Renter and guests confirm that they are physically and mentally fit for kayaking, paddle boarding and use of other aquatic items provided by Owner, and do not have any medical conditions, balance or mobility issues, and are not impaired by alcohol or drugs, that would prevent safe participation in these activities.
