Park City Three Kings 64 is located within walking distance to Park City Mountain Resorts' Silver Star Lift and ticketing giving this home has convenient ski access. This unit is also situated on Park City Golf Courses' 15th hole. You will be within walking distance to world-class restaurants, shopping, hiking/biking trails, and the shuttle stop. The free bus can take you all over town including historic Main Street, Kimball Junction, and Deer Valley.
This wonderful condo boasts 1,490 square feet, one bedroom, one loft room, and two full bathrooms. All to sleep up to four guests in comfort.
When you first step into this home, you'll be greeted by the main living area holding the living room, kitchen and dining areas. This area features hardwood flooring throughout, a vaulted ceiling, and spectacular golf course and mountain views.
Living Room: Features plush sectional and armchair, a cozy gas fireplace, work desk, and 50” Samsung Smart TV with Sonos speaker.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances including double ovens, ice maker, gorgeous stone countetrops, and bar seating for three.
Dining Room: Seating for four and access to the back patio overlooking the golf course, with BBQ grill, outdoor furnishings, and amazing views.
