Beautifully Renovated Townhome - Steps to Park City Mountain Resort!

This newly remodeled townhome is fully equipt to make your escape to Park City a great one! It is perfectly located on the Park City golf course and is just a short walk or quick bus ride to the base of the Park City Mountain Resort and the Silver Star ski lift. Additionally, you can walk to shopping, restaurants, hiking, and biking trails. Which makes it the perfect all-season getaway!

Living Room: This cozy living room features contemporary furnishings, a reclining sofa, 2 swivel chairs, a 75” LG Smart TV, and vaulted ceilings for an open feel. You will love the golf course and mountain views from the many windows.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and the group's chef will love the stainless steel appliances including a five-burner LG Signature gas range with electric double ovens, a microwave, a wine refrigerator, premium quartz countertops, and a peninsula with seating for four.

Dining Room: The dining room offers seating for six. There's convenient access to the back patio, which offers an outdoor table and chair set, and a Weber BBQ grill. * Please note grill may not be usable during winter months due to snow accumulation.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master bedroom (main level) – King bed, 55" Samsung Smart TV, en suite bathroom, double sink vanity, and a large shower.

Bedroom 2 (upper level) –King-size bed, 55" Samsung Smart TV, private bathroom with a double sink vanity, and a large shower.

Laundry Room: Behind the hidden door upstairs you will find the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer, along with a wall-mounted clothes drying, rack an iron, and an ironing board.

Community Amenities:
Just next door to the condo is the community clubhouse, with a full kitchen, sitting area, table/chairs, fireplace, and locker rooms with a sauna, a year-round heated pool, and a hot tub.

Ski Storage: We do ask that you leave your skis and boards on the patio in the provided rack.

Our stay was awesome even though there was little snow. The condo was great, good location to have a little walk to Park City Mnt. Heated pool and hot tub were a nice spot to relax after skiing. Condo was clean, updated and comfortable. Jamie was responsive and very helpful. I hope we can make another trip out again!

Nicely renovated three kings condo!

Great spot in the Three Kings neighborhood! We enjoyed an extended stay at Jamie's nicely renovated property, and it felt like home quickly! Well stocked kitchen and easy ski and trail access. We walked to main street, but there's a bus stop right outside if you prefer a short ride instead. Jamie was very responsive throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

Exemplary Park City Property

The townhouse was perfect! Super clean, excellently maintained, and very well decorated. The hosts, Jamie and Teri, were very easy to contact, and went above and beyond with helping us out. Parking was easy. The association pool/hot tub were very clean and an added bonus to the trip after a day of skiing. Great location: a short walk or bus ride to the Park City Mountain Village and the chairlifts. We rented skis from Jackson's Base Camp in the Park City Mountain Village; you can leave the skis there overnight too. Ten Minute drive to downtown. We liked Annex Burger and Red Banjo Pizza for dinner. Overall, an amazing property.

Great condo for Park City!

We've stayed several places in Park City, and this lovely condo is our new favorite. Super easy to get to the slopes, and the fit and finish of the condo felt like someone's home that they were letting us stay at rather than a cheaply manufactured place just used for rentals. Hosts were responsive and the kids and we had a wonderful time. Planning to stay again!

This property was perfect. It looks even better than the photos and was exactly as described. Well stocked with everything we needed, and the hosts were incredibly responsive when we had questions. It was spotless on arrival. We loved it and hope to be back.

Perfect stay in gorgeous home

We came to Park City for a week of skiing and were super pleased with the accommodations. The home is beautiful, very clean and well appointed. The kitchen especially had everything you would need to make meals after a long day of skiing. It was a 10 minute walk to the main ski lifts at Park City and there were frequent buses stopping in front of the house. Easy to communicate with owner too! Would definitely stay again.

Loved this condo!!

Great place. Perfect location. Walked to Silverstar ski lift which waa such an easy way to get on the mountain and avoid crowds. Bus stop right outside condo and easy trip to Main Street. Condo was clean and well designed. Felt new and modern. Beds so comfortable. I would definitely rent this condo again!!

Perfect condo for our stay

This condo is clean and comfortable. It’s a short walk to the Park City resort to ski. There is a bus stop right in front of the condo but we just walked.We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place, Great Location

We were very impressed with this condo. You could tell the condo was recently renovated. Space was great for us and the couple that enjoyed for a ski weekend. Home was just like the pictures. Kitchen was fully stocked with the right pans, utensils, etc. Lastly can’t beat the location if skiing. Short walk to lifts. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay in a prime location

We had a fantastic stay! This newly renovated condo has all the amenities in a great location close to the base of PCMR. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with all the essentials. The living room was comfortable with nice views of the golf course. The bathrooms are all newly done and the bedrooms are nicely finished with very comfortable beds. Laundry is in the unit! This place was perfect for our family ski trip especially with the bus to the base stopping 50 yards away at the end of the driveway. The owner was very accommodating, friendly and responsive. Thank you for everything!

Everything about this location and condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable, quality decor and amenities. The location was in a lovely neighborhood and a two min walk to bus to go into town. Also, great communication from our hosts.

A real goldmine

Really enjoyed this stunning property right on a golf course. It's beautifully maintained and everything is new and shiny. Appliances are all the best made. It's a definite 10+.

What a great place!!

We’ve stayed at a dozen or so places in Park City over the past few years and this one was fantastic! The thing we liked the most was the neighborhood. Everyone was so nice, it’s a quieter area with very little traffic, the bus (free) stops right outside, and the access to the back yard area with one of the golf course holes was right there. The interior of the condo was very nicely upgraded, it’s obvious the owners spent a good amount both upstairs and downstairs to make everything look and function very nicely. We are saving this property as a favorite for future trips!

Spring Break 2024

Our stay in PC at Jamie and Terri's townhome was exceptional. We arrived to a sparkling clean townhome and were immediately impressed with the updated and modern decor. The slopes/ski school were within walking distance and the hot tub was in the building next door, which was a nice way to end a ski day. We had some difficulty unlocking and locking the door but the owner quickly responded to our concerns. Overall we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. We hope to visit again in the future.

Epic Ski Vacation

We had THE BEST time here! The townhouse was beautiful and super-clean. The owners were very responsive and helped to answer all of our questions. The location is fantastic; a ten minute walk to the Park City Mountain chairlifts. We rented skis from Jackson’s Base Camp right near chairlifts; great service and you can store your skis at their store overnight. We would absolutely stay at this townhouse again! ❤️

Quiet, peaceful and as advertised

We had a lovely stay - the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen offered a very sleek and open design with plenty of work space and cookware. Door lock gave us some issues upon arrival but hosts were accessible and able to resolve in short in order.
