Private Ranch House In Steamboat Springs
This historic ranch house is located just 4.5 miles south of downtown Steamboat Springs, 3 miles from the ski mountain, and just 1/4 mile walk from the Yampa River. In the summer, enjoy the grassy outdoor common space with an outdoor fire pit and picnic tables. When the snow flies, enjoy a private sledding hill, space for snowmobile trailer parking and close access to all winter activities. Inside you'll find space for your whole group with three private bedrooms, a bunk room, a large dining room table, and a cozy couch sectional couch next to the wood burning fireplace. You will have access to the outdoor common space with a fire pit and picnic tables during the summer and a private sledding hill during the winter. There is plenty of space for trailer parking for both summer and winter activities.
