Welcome to LIFE Bucerías 111, by Bay Property & Rentals.
Make yourself at home in this brand-new, fully-equipped apartment in the heart of Bucerias' Golden Zone, steps from the beach and from excellent restaurants serving all kinds of food.
Enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning from your private balcony with a view, don't miss a day of training at the fitness center, and relax in the jacuzzi and pool area.
*The space*
The apartment has a bedroom with a king-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom, a private balcony with a view and outdoor chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, blender, coffee maker, and has all the cooking basics
The sofa bed in the living room is ideal for two more guests to sleep comfortably and has access to a second full bathroom.
An electric washer/dryer is available for light loads.
*Guest access*
All guests have access to the pool/jacuzzi and gym areas on the 1st floor of the building.
*Other things to note*
*This apartment does NOT have a parking space but you can rent one for $150 pesos per night upon arrival (subject to availability)
*This unit is open for long stays with a special rate, ask for availability*
