We booked this condo 2 weeks before our trip and was surprised to see it available. The building and amenities were as described. The condo itself was new and functionally furnished. The downside was that it had a nice balcony that overlooked an empty dirt lot on the opposite side of the building from the ocean. It was a very late booking though, so wasn’t surprised. We didn’t plan to spend much time in the unit itself, but the Cartel shenanigans caused us to shelter in place for a few days. So my advice is to check with the local cartel before booking. Edith, the owner was attentive to our messages. We used WhatsApp for this because she spoke no English and we spoke no Spanish. Translater function was quick and easy

We absolutely loved our stay at this Bucerías condo and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable or well-equipped place for our two-week vacation. The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and furnished with brand-new items throughout. Everything you could possibly need is provided — from laundry soap and drinking water to a reverse osmosis tap — which truly made it feel like a home away from home.The air conditioning worked flawlessly and kept the condo cool and comfortable at all times. While the balcony doesn’t offer a view, it is nicely set up with a table and chairs and was a pleasant spot to enjoy some fresh air. There is some construction nearby, so it can be a bit dusty, but this was a very minor trade-off considering how wonderful the condo and property are.The host was fantastic — extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. The property also has 24-hour security, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and attentive, adding to the feeling of safety and relaxation.The two large pools were a highlight for us, and although the beach is rocky, the ocean views from the pool area are absolutely stunning. Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations in every way and had absolutely everything we needed to be comfortable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to couples looking for a stress-free, well-appointed place to stay in Bucerías.
