Resort style liking with tennis, bocce ball, drinks served poolside, Tiki bar, private pool as well as heated Olympic-size pool and hot tubs. Close to beaches, Captiva, Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches, RSW Airport, fine dining, shopping, etc.

Please note -

Condo is for no more than two people.
For use of all the amenities including tennis and Golf Course privileges you will need to fill out a delegation of membership form 30 days in advance of your arrival. The Cost for this privilege of using golf and all the amenities is $300. However you will still be responsible for the golf cart fee which is approximately $22.00 per person. Once you book, I can supply you with this form. All the amenities will then be transferred to you while you stay here.
