Well-appointed walk-up - 184 steps from the beach

Welcome to this delightful condo in Ormond Beach, just 184 steps to the beach. This charming property features 2 bedrooms with a cozy king bed, a comfortable full bed, and a fun bunk bed. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with refreshing showers and handy hair dryers. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, a washing machine, and a dryer. We're happy to answer any questions while you stay at our condo.
This quiet community is perfect for those looking to disconnect and recharge. The beach is never crowded, and neighbors are super friendly and welcoming. There are no parties. Parking is available at the front of the unit. Only 2 cars are allowed per stay, per guest and parking is not permitted in front of the garage, as per HOA rules.
This is our home away from home and hope you enjoy it as much as we do! If you are lucky enough, you can catch the turtles nesting in early spring on the beach, see dolphin pods go up and down the coast, and see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral! Again, hope you do!
We have a pop-up tent available for guest use and a beach umbrella. Boogie boards, floating devices are all for guest use. We just ask that you rinse the salt water off before and let the items dry before storing.

Please ensure that the front door and front sliding doors are locked. The door leading to the garage from the hallway must remain unlocked upon your departure.
Please take out your trash before leaving. The trash area is to your left when you arrive, and the dog-walking area is adjacent to it. Please pick up after your pet.
Beach towels are to be washed separately from white towels. Thank you. Please treat this place like your home!

Please do not smoke, vape, or bring cats inside the unit. A $400 fee will be charged for either.
No dogs on beds or furniture - do not use house towels for your pets - no pets on the beach. A dog area is available. Please bring baggies.

Had a wonderful month stay. Owners were great about answering any questions. Steps to the beach or the pool. Quiet neighborhood. They had tons of extra beach items if needed. Kitchen was wonderful and extremely well supplied! Already thinking about staying again.

My wife and I stayed for several weeks over the summer and had a great experience. If you’re a beach person, you can walk to the beach in just a few minutes - you do have to cross a1a - or if you’re a pool person the community pool is really nice and the neighbors are great. The unit was very clean and well maintained and there are plenty of beach toys to keep you busy. The area in general is very nice and also very quiet. Flagler Beach is about five mile north up a1a and Ormond Beach is to the south. Both are great beach towns and offer a different vibe depending on what you like to do. If you enjoy the outdoors you’ll never run out of stuff to do.
