The fourth bedroom, a king master with ensuite bath and 55-inch Smart TV is located on the upper level. Sliders open to a deck for views that will take your breath away. Those views extend to the adjacent great room, an open and airy space where plush seating gives everyone a great view of the 55-inch Smart TV. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
