Three of the home’s bedrooms occupy the bottom level: two queens and a room with two bunkbeds that share a hallway bathroom. The final bedroom, a master king suite, is located on the upper level and features a private outdoor entrance, ensuite bathroom, and a large, newly furnished sound front sundeck with access to a four-person hot tub. All of the bedrooms feature Smart TVs. Another large Smart TV is located in the adjoining great room, a comfortable space to enjoy a movie from the vast DVD collection or to catch up with each other on the day’s escapades. An open kitchen has everything you need to make meal prep a breeze with a free-standing breakfast island providing additional prep and seating space for full-family meals that can be enjoyed together around an eight-seat dining table. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
