Only 30 minutes away lies the historic Silver Mountain Resort in the heart of Idaho's Silver Valley. Get swept up by North America's longest gondola to Kellogg Peak's 1,600 acres of terrain and 2,200 feet of vertical fun. For the daring, the double-black North Face Glades beckon.

This home is located in the center of Coeur d'Alene is known for its proximity to downtown Coeur d'Alene. A quiet neighborhood with older homes and the feel of a small town. A one mile bike or walk has you in the middle of the action!
Sherman Street - All things Coeur d'Alene! Shops, restaurants, bars, and its only 1 mile away.
McEuen Park - Tennis courts, basketball, splash pad, play structure, and Tubbs Hill Hiking makes this a "must-do"
City Park - A little further at the end of Sherman, is our City Park complete with a Carousel, public beach, basketball courts, play structure, and a stage for local concerts.

In the event of a canceled reservation, the client acknowledges and agrees to pay a credit card processing cancellation fee equivalent to 4% of the total reservation amount. This fee will be charged to the client's credit card used for the initial booking and will be deducted from any refund issued.
