Welcome to The Point on Wallenpaupack — a peaceful lakefront retreat with private shoreline access, a hot tub under the stars, and stunning views. Perfect for couples, families, or small groups. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, or simply relaxing by the water. The home features airy living spaces, modern comforts, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms. Grill outdoors, lounge by the lake, lay on the dock or explore nearby dining and shops. A private escape with an AMAZING sunset!

This cozy cabin is located in Hawley, mintues from everything but nestled away from it all! You can expect to take in the views, hear the birds, possibly see a bear, hike on many trails, shop, dine and weather permitting- definetely take a dip in the lake. Lake swimming not for you? No problem, watch the action from this private 50' dock, your screened in porch or the hot tub!

As your host, I will provide you with customized recomendations specific to your group and getaway desires! I have been hosting for (3) years and this is 1 of 3 properties I host. My family and I enjoy rehabiltating homes in distress and bringing them back to life. We have owned (4) houses on the lake at one time- our favorite part is sharing it with YOU in hopes that you will treasure Lake Wallenpaupack and that these memories last a lifetime!

With linens, towels, oil and spices provided- this Cabin is more affordable than a hotel and allows everyone to be together under one roof. Tastefully decorated, clean, premium location, amazing view-- book my Cabin today!! Lake Wallenpaupack has 12miles on the water and 52 miles of preserved, natural shoreline.

Perfect House on the Lake for family get away

This was a perfect house for my wife and I to spend few days with our 3 teenage kids. It is on the lake, has a nice dock,screened porch, fire pit and more.

Ideal location

Quiet lakeside home. Firepit, hottub, Blackstone, screened porch and dock all very nice, used them all. A bit dark inside, Steep landscape, good fishing spot.

Perfect Fishing Getaway

Our stay was perfect, as the weather permitted us to fish Lake W. The house provided just what we needed, especially enjoyed the screened porch and water access. The fishing guide picked us up at the dock both days. Everything we needed was there, very comfortable beds, full kitchen, Blackstone grille and a big table. Communicating with Kelly was great, she went out of her way to be sure we had everything. We’re already looking at calendars to come back. Thanks!

Everything was wonderful start to finish. The house is adorable and the screened in porch was so beneficial because the insects can get annoying. The incline of the yard was not too steep which was good for my elderly father-in-law to be able to get to the dock. And there was an adorable little video game that brought me back to my arcade days! The house is close to everything and the parking pad can fit up to three cars. The lake was wonderful and we had an amazing time. But the best part was that I caught the first bass!! We would highly recommend staying here!!

A Great place on the lake

Very nice! Clean, had everything needed in the property and even more, outside Blackstone to cook on, picnic table, corn hole game, very few steps to the water, water mat, canoe, paddle board, brand new life jackets, fire pit to cook hot dogs and marshmallows. Extremely easy to work with the owner. She answered all our questions in a timely manner.. would recommend !!

terrible host communication

We were unable to get the entry code on the day of check in and had to cancel and find a different place to stay. Host was non-responsive and left us in the lurch. VRBO had to cancel reservation for us. Sad

Do nothing or stay active

This house was nicely furnished and just as advertised. It was the perfect size for our small family of 4 adults. Some in our group enjoyed quiet time on the porch and in the hot tub while others fished off the dock, tried out the SUP and kayak. The house interior was clean and appeared to be recently furnished. One BR (bunks) is on the 1st floor and the other 2 BRs are upstairs. The bathroom was on 1st floor. The kitchen was perfectly adequate with pots/pans/dishes/utensils/coffee pot and the grill was a Blackstone. If you’re looking for a small, clean getaway and are comfortable sharing a bathroom, this is a wonderful place with a very responsive host.

Huge disappointment

Since the time of booking the hose was difficult to communicate with, it took Kelly 2 weeks and involvement of Vrbo agent to reply to my question. Her explanation? That she has full time job - isn’t that the case for most of us? Since as of the morning of August 14, checking day, we have yet to receive the house information contacted the host on Vrbo and few hours later I followed up with text message at 11:35am.. host has answer with direct call to us at 11:40pm (as we are making our way towards Hawley PA telling us that there is a hot water issue at the house that we rented and that she can put us in a different, “luxury house with the

We (Kelly & Rob) own a few properties on Lake Wallenpaupack. We love bringing our children here to vacation and we are avid boaters. Every Summer we spend time at each house and make many wonderful memories.

We have had a passion for real estate since we bought our very first home many years ago. We have restored our properties over the years and enjoy hosting as it allows us to share this beautful vacation destination with others!
