Sunswept 802 3/3 Grab Your Flip Flops and Get Your Toes in the Sand

Enjoy a slice of paradise in this newly renovated two story 1400 square foot 8th floor penthouse unit, located at Sunswept Condominium in Orange Beach, AL. Start your day with a cup of coffee or beverage in the evening on one of the three balconies that this unit has to offer. If you love the sound of waves, beautiful white sand and the sparkle of emerald waters, you will fall in love with this unit.

This spacious 8th floor unit sleeps up to 8 people. It is newly renovated and beautifully furnished. You will love the chic beachy theme, featuring 2 living areas with a sofa sleeper. It also features a jacuzzi tub and separate shower in the master bath as well as new walk-in showers for both guest baths. An added feature is the brand new stair case, as well as 2 sets of washer and dryer units conveniently located inside of the condo. There is a fully appointed kitchen with quartz counter tops and everything needed to prepare delicious fresh meals. You will enjoy the amazing views from the gulf front balconies located off of the master bedroom as well as the living room.

Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
You will simply love the large pool and very short walk down the private board walk to the beautiful beach. Sunswept 802 is located six miles from Gulf Shores, Al and is directly across the street from grocery stores, restaurants and various retail shops. When you are ready for a day out, there are many family friendly attractions to include 2 water parks, mini golf, arcades, dolphin cruises and more. You are sure to find your favorite dining locations serving up local seafood as well as numerous shops or find adventures on hiking and biking trails. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

Wonderful rental for large group

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this unit. We were a family of 2 adults and 4 teenage boys. There was plenty of room. We especially like that that set up was 2 floors with 3 balconies!

Best Condo ever

We have been going yearly to the Florida-Alabama Gulf Coast since the mid-60s. We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The office staff is fantastic. The condo was immaculate and updated. We plan on returning again next year. The communication between Sherry and us was second to none. Love that she’s a Louisiana gal.

Great Family Vacay

The condo was a great choice! Great views and right on the beach! It was clean, had It has two sets of washer and dryers, a lot of living space for the 5 adults and 3 children! The only things that would have been nice to have was and ice maker in the fridge and to know that one the guest rooms had two twins, it wasn’t described in the description that we could find. Otherwise, our vacation was wonderful and we would rent the condo again!

This beautiful condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, exactly what we needed. There are two living spaces downstairs, two balconies and a roof top area with comfy seating, so we could spread out after a day at the beach. We used the kitchen almost every night, having dinner at the table and using the counter bar, and we had everything we needed. The full sized stove and oven made cooking for a crowd easy. My husband and I stayed in the master suite upstairs and the king sized bed had a memory foam topper that was lovely. We have one at home and I was not looking forward to sleeping on a hard bed - no worries! I almost forgot all the beach accessories they have for use - chairs, boogie boards, shovels, nets, buckets- these came in super handy since I forgot all of our beach toys :) It was clean, close to shopping and restaurants, the pool is large and the beach was beautiful.I will stay here again and again, it was perfect!

The unit is beautifully decorated, the warm colors and stunning feel of a tropical beachside oasis was enjoyed by all. The thoughtfulness that went into the layout of the unit is an absolute treasure. Fully stocked kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 living room areas, spacious bedrooms, and the bathrooms were like a dream. I also can't forget to mention that we were grateful for 2 sets of washer and dryers found on the first and second floor in the unit. This was a blessing! The downstairs balcony was a favorite for our whole family and the master bedroom balcony was a paradise retreat for my husband and I at the end of each day. If I could provide 10 stars for our stay I most certainly would. I would like to give a shoutout to the amazing property managers for their fantastic communication and kindness. We are already planning our next trip and this unit is my favorite! Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience for our vacation!

Just A Dream!

The 2nd living space was super helpful with our crew. The only thing I would recommend for the unit is to add 2 more adirondack chairs for the main balcony. There were 2 of those and 2 other chairs that were not in great shape and coming apart. Thanks for providing us with a great place to stay.There was only one elevator working during our stay, which is not the fault of our unit's owners. Just thought we should mention it so the unit owners know that.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunswept. The complex has a large pool and beach area versus other "high density" condominiums. Also grocery stores, restaurants, pizza, ice cream stores and other shops a short walk across the street. We also liked that Sunswept had an onsite Management Company to handle any questions that we had. We will definitely make a return trip to this Condo.
