Welcome to Romar Place 1106! Inside this top floor condo, you will find abundant natural light flowing in from the spacious private balcony, with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliance and is stocked with pots/pans/utensils. Step into the dining area with the dining table that comfortably seats six with additional seating for four at kitchen bar. The living space has a flat screen TV with sleeper sofa to relax after a day on the beach. This unit is equipped with a washer and dryer in the unit.

The main bedroom features a king bed with flat screen TV and access to the balcony. The ensuite main bathroom features a large vanity with walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has two twin beds.

Other Things to Note:
You must be 25 years old to rent at Romar Place.

Romar Place is located in beautiful Orange Beach on the beach, within walking distance from Wolf Bay Restaurant, Ruby Slipper Cafe, or Doc's Seafood. Attractions in the area include Adventure Island, Beachside Mini Golf, and Arcade. Romar place is located a short drive to the Wharf with plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment at your fingertips

No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.
The complex DOES require parking passes and wristbands. The complex charges $50/parking pass and limits TWO vehicles per condo. You will need to purchase your parking registration at the front office onsite at Romar Place immediately upon arrival. Wristbands - yellow- these are for all guests ages 13 & above. Red wristbands - these are for all guests 12 & under and will be distributed upon arrival- registration and asked to be returned upon departure. There will be a drop off stand in the lobby for returns. If someone loses their bracelet they can come to the office and purchase another one for $10.00 (debit or credit only). The bracelets are rubber and can fit on the wrist or ankle. The bracelets must be worn at all times while on the premises. Failure in wearing the bracelet will prohibit anyone from using the common amenities.

We really enjoyed this top floor unit in Romar Place. We loved all the windows and sunlight. The kitchen and master bath are beautifully updated. We would stay here again on our next trip to Orange Beach!

Everything about our stay was perfect!Cute condo! The best view! We came at a great time, after spring break and before school lets out so not so crowded time which was important to us. Parking was easy. We thought the landscaping looked very nice when you pull up. We would definitely come back here. Price worked for us being it wasn’t peak time. Thank you for a wonderful time!

We had a great experience here at Romar Place! The condo was nice and clean. The balcony is as pictured. No altering of the photos. We enjoyed the large balcony! Birds flew close by to visit but never hung out on the balcony. The pools were great, and the walk to the beach is not far. There is a place to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach outside the condo if you need it. Parking was never an issue for us with the exception that you have to pay for a parking pass, and that info was not made known to us prior to booking. The owner made it right for us though! We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: The check in lady, I believe her name was Sherry, was so friendly. You could tell she actually cared that we were happy there.The balcony views were fantastic. The beds were great.Cons: kitchen needs a Keurig machine.

Our family thought this vacation was the best ever! Every step was seamless; booking on VRBO, communicating with VHC, and our building/unit were simply the best. VHC was very informative, leaving me with no questions. Roman place was the perfect bldg; not too small, yet not a Goliath, and had all the amenities we wanted. Our unit was simply beautiful, having everything we could possibly need, and very clean. We enjoyed all of it- the beautiful patio, pools, sauna, and hot tub. Thank you for some awesome family memories! :)

This place is beautiful! The views…you won’t be disappointed!!

This unit was clean, everything functional, AC worked great, and the VIEW…top floor and corner unit so the balcony is huge! There’s dining table on balcony as well. This fit our family perfect. In suite bathrooms were great too for all 3 bedrooms. Private beach, indoor and outdoor pools. I would definitely visit again. Just don’t forget extra toilet paper…lol. Great place.

Plenty of space and the view was amazing. Access to the beach was great and easy. Hated that the outdoor pool. Closed at dark but otherwise everything else was great. Would definitely recommend and stay here myself again.

Mold in one of the bathrooms. The Air conditioning was below average.. The first night was the worst when we had thunderstorms and winds of 15 - 20 MPH driving into the sliding glass doors. The Master bedroom is unbearable with humidity and the wind blowing whistles thru the door. Impossible to keep cool under those conditions. I complained but did not get fixed. The next two nights were not great when it comes to cool enough to sleep, but we managed anyway. Sliding door seals need replacing immediately! The check in was a joke, I paid for a early check in and got to the condo at 12:50 and waited until 1:45 for the agent that did not return when she said she would. The she was very rude about me having to prove I had an early check in. Will not stay here again

Hi Mike, Thank you for your feedback on the property, it is much appreciated. I understand the frustration with the sliding door, we were in the middle of a tornado warning with wind gusts clocked at 60 mph at the state park, and with the location of your unit in a wind tunnel between buildings it was likely 70 to 80 mph. That said we understand your frustrations with the doors. You did have early check for you and you could access the room as of 11 AM we actually gave you an additional hour. It appears you arrived at the property during their lunch break and were informed that you were free to access the unit. Your response was "Yes no problem there. Thanks" We do appreciate your feedback and look forward to hosting you when the weather is more accommodating.
