Ohana Landing : !Heated Pool! WaterS\ide + Spa

This beautiful home has been lovingly updated and designed for your next family getaway! We created this space with the help of our family & friends and we wanted to offer our guests a truly restful and thoughtful home. We really hope your family will feel at home/peace while enjoying the waterslide, airhockey & spacious floor plan.

Quick access to I5, being only a 5-10 minutes from shops, Bethel, and restaurants. Conveniently located for a short drive to either Shasta Lake or Whiskeytown Lake.

If you would like the pool heated during your stay, we will charge an additional $100/night and we must be notified at least 3 days prior to your arrival.

We only heat the pool in the Fall through October and then again in the Spring starting in March.

We didn’t really utilize this home like we usually do so I have a harder time giving a review. We needed a place to stay for our extended family to visit our family for Thanksgiving. We spent most of our time with family at their homes. If we were to stay there when it’s warmer and a vacation destination , I would think it would be a nice place to stay.

Great Family Vacay Place!

The house is beautiful and spacious. We had 9 adults staying together and it never felt crowded. We liked that there were many seating options for meals, and everything was clean and beautiful.

Clean and Comfortable

The property was clean with plenty of room for my kids and grandkids to move around. The property manager communicated regularly to make sure everything was as expected. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. I highly recommend it to anyone considering it.

Amazing property!

We were visiting the Redding area for a conference at Bethel Church. The house was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. If we had one critique, it would be that the air conditioning was on a timer and would cut on (it was winter when we visited) and the house would be cold. However, we sent the owner a message and they were able to address the issue remotely and fix the settings. We were thankful for their prompt attention to our issue. We will DEFINITELY be staying, again, in the future.

Perfect for our needs ! We have stayed in many rentals all over , and this one is our favorite. Both couches are very comfortable! That’s usually not our experience. Beds are comfortable too with enough bedding and pillows. The home has alot of room and the layout works great. Big tables and a lot of storage ! Cabinets, shelves , drawers and pantry! So much room to spread out and actually put away your items and even store your luggage ! The pool was the perfect size and the hot tub is well kept up and roomy. Parking in the garage was also nice ! Even with the weather being over 107, the house was able to stay very cool. We enjoyed sitting out back under the awning. Comfortable table and chairs with wonderful views of the stars at night. The home is decorated tastefully and made you feel right at home ! I have no complaints. Top notch rental and wonderful property managers! Love it !

Kitchen utensils were lacking. 3 cockroaches in the house. No washclothes and had to request kitchen towels. Half bath was not listed as being outside. Yard maintenance was lacking. Overall, very spaciaous, two large dining tables, lots of seating areas, washer and dryer available, lots of towels.

A beautiful home with the perfect neighborhood! The house was very clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very fun to use. The house is located in a safe court and the perfect neighborhood to walk and ride bikes in the evening!
