Portico Residences are proud to offer 'Parklands Mews', a super 1 bedroom apartment in a quiet area of Surbiton and located close to the amenities of Surbiton and Berrylands train station for easy access to central London. The apartment offers a large, sociable kitchen and dining room and a separate stylish sitting room; both with large windows that overlook the front garden. The bedroom offers a king-size bed and en-suite shower. Separate bathroom, private rear garden and parking on the drive.
