Nice cozy darling forest lake home on a HUGE lot with access to Haller Lake!Privacy and quiet!Feel free to chill inside, or chill at the lake! :)
The space
Incredibly 770 square foot waterfront property on nearly an acre of land.Recently completely reconstructed, this is a single family residence with an open lot that is paved and partially fenced. The house includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, updated kitchen, A/C, huge TV, fireplace and more. And if you ever want to leave this house, there is a bus stop right in front of the entrance way,and the 130th street Light Rail Station is under construction just 10 blocks away!
There is a mall ( supermarket, Gym, restaurant......) only 8 minutes walk away.
NOTE:
We provide you with one set of queen size bed sheet and one set of king size bed sheet, if you need more please contact me and I can provide you with more for $25 extra dollars.
Please do NOT bring pets!!! This is a pet-free house thank you.
Please do NOT smoke inside!!! This is a smoke-free house.

You can access any part of the property except for the garage. Which is used for personal purposes.
